The place has no lift, but everything was accessible.
They have a good terrace and a rooftop. Can smoke as well and bring your takeaway food to eat, with tables and chairs & enjoy your meal under the calm 🌃🌇🌙 🌟 🤩
The address is a little confusing when you book Grab, indicate the hotel name to be sure and you will see it by the roadside...

This is our first time as a family to Batam. My choice of hotel is very accurate, the location of the hotel is close to the Batam center ferry. Around the hotel close to restaurants. Customer friendly service. The receptionist & the owner of the hotel are very customer friendly. Reasonable price. The hotel location is close to Batam city center.

The hotel is OK in general with friendly staff, but the building is old and requires some repair. Our room has a cracked wall and mold in the bathroom. The curtain has some stains and can benefit from a good wash. I asked to change the room due to the crack, and the staff showed me 2 other rooms with similar conditions (moldy bathroom, light cracks on the wall) so I chose to stay in the original room.

Location is nice as it was near to international ferry terminal. people are
nice and the room is also spacious. room has dryer. but they were unable to put shampoo and conditioner. There is always room for improvement, I hope they can check little
details like that. We also forget my fiance’s mini electric razor.

The service was welcoming and accomodating, however, food delivery had to be self collected outside. Additionally, they allowed for luggage storage which was very useful to go shopping without baggages.
Location wise, it is close to Mega mall - the hotel provides shuttle service to and from mega mall. However, it is ＞20 minutes ride to eateries like 168 & A2 foodcourt and other malls such as Grand Batam, Nagoya Hill which can be predominantly found in Nagoya area.
For the room itself, it was quite dusty and did not have a good view (our view was a building that was still under construction). Amenities given were adequate and towels were changed. They replaced the slippers too, but I didn't use the new ones as I noticed a bug between the slippers (no issue though, as I just used the older slippers)

4/ out of 2 elevators, one wasn’t working more than 12hrs
5/ smoking floor was “too smoky”

7/ for its unique forest location, this could truly be a retreat hotel with semi-luxury feel, and priced accordingly

The hotel stuff including housekeeper are kind, sweet, helpful and hospitality but what made me dissapointed is they used very old pillow it's already turned to white to yellow colour but when I asked to housekeeper they changed cleaner one for me and thank you for that.
