This us our 2nd time staying in this hotel. There are few things that need some improvements.
- Rooms are spacious and clean. Keep it up.
- Room is lack of toiletries such shower cap, disposable shaver.
If its something not to be provided, it would be nice if the reception counter able to inform us upon completing the check in. Or a little note in the individual rooms.
- Housekeeping need ti be review and improved. Our towels were not changed after the 1st night. We noticed the housekeeper just fold the soiled towel and hung it on the rack when we were about to use it. Housekeeping was not done till about 4pm local time.
- Breakfast buffet spread needs to be relook and improve. Have more varieties such as varities of breads and pastries. We decided not to go for the breakfast on our last day before checking out.
- The pools are murky after a day of heavy rain. The management should change the pool water so the hotel guests are able to swim in the pool.
I hope things can be improve further.

The hotel is about 10mins by grab from batam centre. If you’re planning to experience Golden go kart, cheap foods, ktv and a night market this is good for you. Bring enough cash for you because the area do not have money changer.
The building is looks old but clean. Our room is spacious and clean. They manage to accommodate my request to have connecting room with 1 room twin bed and 1 room with large bed. My son’s enjoyed playing the billiards in the lobby, they charge it with 50,000 rupiah per hour.
The breakfast they offer do not have much fancy choices but they taste delicious.

KKomathiIn email hotel say will give us connected room but didn't do so. My friend sleep in my room n didn't go back to her room, next morning when she go back to her room...the room had smoking smell..she have lock the room but some one have miss u the room..no safe at all.

KKennzso far service & room r good & acceptable. only public area no air-conditioned & is quite noisy in the afternoon when cleaning the other room & evening the bike noise.
I nvr take photo, but can take photo reference from trip. com, my room same as photo, just missing standing light.
Btw it's got another door can enter the other room, of course, the other door must open from the other room
