Really clean, cozy room and exceptional service. Close to the city square, where the night market takes place every evening (about 15 min walk). Buffet style lunch place is nearby. Really cool park is just 10 min away. Highly recommended. The window view is quite authentic too.

The room is very big, clean, very hygienic, and very quiet. Opposite is a square, which is very lively at night and full of life. It's great. I heard that there was a fireworks show on New Year's Eve, but I didn't catch it. I will definitely come and see it next time! Kitty, the lobby manager, is very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help me upgrade the room for free. The service is very good. I really feel at home and I am very satisfied!

Environment: I booked this for a friend. He told me that the hotel has a nice decoration, good environment, good location, abundant greenery, and a park behind it. You can enter the park directly by swiping your room card. The air is fresh in the morning, which is suitable for morning exercises. I would like to highlight the hotel lobby manager, Ms. Gao, for her warm service. She also upgraded the room type and introduced the tourist attractions around Bengbu. I like the hotel for having such professional staff! It deserves praise!

The swimming pool provided by the hotel is not independent of the hotel. It is built together with a gym. The children want to swim. I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon to take a look. It was steaming hot. When I took the children there in the evening, the water temperature was cold. I can understand that you don’t plan to open it at night because there are fewer guests. The water temperature is not heated, but as a management, you clearly know this situation. You still sold us swimsuits and swimming caps before we went in. What does it mean? It is nothing more than swindling money. You also told me that the water temperature of the human body is ten degrees different. Can't I feel it? Other children who swim said that the water temperature is cold, much colder than in the afternoon.
