這是我有史以來住過體驗感最差的一次
本人之前住過她家民宿 絕對不是惡意差評 可見p1本人之前入住記錄 本人蘇州來蚌埠旅遊 空調製冷效果巨差
第一 衞生還好 保潔人很好
第二 民宿環境不怎麼樣 周邊靠小吃街 周邊環境還可以 不給電梯卡要等貨梯
第三 服務態度很差 我先是詢問幾點可以入住 她説現在就可以 我將身份證和姓名發給她 很長時間才給我回復 十二點半我入住該民宿 發現空調製冷效果不佳 温度調到18 依舊不怎麼涼快 於是我詢問該民宿老闆 問是否可以更換房間 老闆説不可以 讓保潔來看 並告知我已經沒有該房間類型 我打開app看 發現衹剩一間 也就意味着她不願意給我們更換房間 説我們已經入住了 我是入住半個小時告知她空調製冷效果不好 我語氣很好 老闆：別催了 我從頭到尾並沒有催過她 過了會保潔阿姨來了 將空調過濾網拆下來洗了又重新裝 也就是説這二十分鐘我們在房間是沒有空調 當天下午室外温度36 我不知道該民宿老闆是怎麼個處理法 接下來我説如果等會還是製冷效果不好的話我要更換房間 老闆説換不了 下面有記錄 可見p23 然後不回我訊息了 接下來我聯繫app客服 客服與民宿老闆協商 客服給我打電話説如果製冷效果不好給我們更換房間 我：民宿老闆不是説沒有房間？ 到最後空調製冷效果不好 我詢問客服 客服説老闆不同意更換房間 也不同意退款 最後平台補償46 老闆説我們入住很長時間 已經不能更換房間 從我們入住半個小時房間發現空調製冷效果不好到保潔阿姨來拆過濾網以及等看製冷效果時間666 空調打一天18攝氏度 晚上睡覺被熱醒 如果不能做民宿就別住哈 p4是我之前入住的該民宿老闆 p5換了個人 服務態度非常差
之前不是沒住過你家民宿 覺得性價比非常高 現在覺得不值哈 看你還有孩子 希望你以後把孩子教好一點哈
