在忙碌的差旅中，很幸運能入住這家酒店， 從踏入酒店的那 一刻起，就感受到了滿滿的誠意與貼心服務，讓我對這次入 住讚不絕口。 環境與設施：酒店的外觀設計十分大氣，步入大堂，精緻的 裝修風格讓人眼前一亮， 柔和的燈光與舒適的沙發， 營造出 温馨的氛圍。 入住的房間寬敞明亮，床鋪柔軟舒適，床墊的 支撐力恰到好處， 讓我在勞累一天後能擁有高質量的睡眠。 房間內的設施一應俱全，空調、 電視、 熱水壺等都運行良 好， 洗漱用品的品質也很高， 洗髮水和沐浴露的香味清新宜 人， 洗後頭發和皮膚都很清爽。 餐飲體驗：酒店的早餐種類豐富， 有中式和西式的多種選 擇。中式早餐的粥品軟糯香甜，小菜清爽可口：西式早餐的 麪包、培根、煎蛋等都製作得恰到好處。 餐廳的服務人員態 度熱情， 會根據客人的需求及時添加食物， 讓人感受到賓至 如歸的温暖。 午餐和晚餐的選擇也很多， 無論是商務宴請還 是朋友聚會， 都能滿足不同的口味需求。 服務態度：酒店的服務團隊是這次入住最大的亮點。前台的 工作人員辦理入住和退房手續都非常高效，耐心解答各種問 題。 客房服務員每天都會及時打掃房間， 整理床鋪，將房間 打掃得一塵不染。 當我需要額外的毛巾時， 他們很快就送了 過來， 而且十分態度友好。在酒店的健身房鍛鍊時，工作人 員還會主動詢問是否需要幫助，並提供專業的健身建議。

酒店前台服務態度非常好，還送有免費早餐劵，餐廳乾淨衞生，早點做的樣數多也非常好吃，下次在去蚌埠大學城一定還住這裏。抱歉因為急着走忘記拍照片了

床鋪發現有別的旅客留的頭髮，床頭硬板也能摸到灰，最主要的是地漏是真不漏水啊，洗個澡的水能用大半夜才滲下去
其他各方面倒還行。設施一般新
