The front office staff were rude, unwelcoming and singularly unhelpful. They were so inflexible about their processes. I couldn’t convince them to bill me for all my incidentals and my room charges at the end of the stay.
The spa is separate from the hotel but uniformly rude, uninterested in any form of service. I was refused service even after a made an appointment and came down in time for my service because we had to pay in advance. I had to go back to my room and rebook and pay first.
I did communicate with the manager as well about the poor service levels but they chose to do nothing about it and ignored the feedback, suggestions and complaints. Definitely do not recommend. I would never stay there again.

Great stay, the hotel is convinient service like laundry room cleaning etc amazing thank you shanti for your kind it really helpus staying here top of the pool and gym were good and views were maintain well i will be coming back soon here for the next trips

The stay was quite pleasant with Davanam Sarovar Portico suites The room was very comfortable very spacious, the staffs were very kind and polite and the helped us any time needed Service is also quick and prompt Debankur Karima Abhishek were good with their hospitality

The place and hospitality was good and enjoyed a lot in the stay. For groups and family and couples it's an excellent accomodation and that too it's city centre. And great hospitality given from start to end from Mrs. Shanthi. Always welcome back to stay here.

The wonderful was great!! The ambience is great!! The atmosphere here is family friendly!! The services provided by Ms. Shanti and Mr. Mani were great!! Overall I would recommend this place..the stay was great. I would highly recommend the place
