The hotel location was excellent but the sevice to enter and exit the garage by the auto doors controlled by the front desk was a challenge every day as the staff seem to ignore the constant requests to open the garage or are to busy talking amongst themselves. The shower alcove has a very small opening to enter 36 cm and is tiny once inside making it difficult to have a shower. The staff where all pleasant enough.

Scarsa la qualità della camera: stretta; senza un punto dove appoggiare valigia e vestiti, non un appoggio dove poter apporre il computer per lavorare; Wi-Fi non disponibile al II piano.Porta con difficoltà a chiudere. Doccia a un certo punto arrivata fredda. Odore di muffa.

L'hotel prende il nome dal vicino Arco di Traiano, e si trova quindi a ridosso delle antiche mura della città. Curato molto bene, soprattutto in questo periodo pre-natalizio l'ho trovato molto accogliente. Unico "neo" i parcheggi, essendo la zona poco servita e il garage dell'hotel piuttosto piccolo.

Very convenient location, walking distance to most of the attractions and close to many excellent restaurants in Benevento. Very nice rooms, clean, rooftop bar with a beautiful view and available parking. Friendly and accommodating staff. Marco went above and beyond.

Nel complesso un buon hotel. In effetti un po’ vecchio almeno nella stanza a me assegnata. All’arrivo l’hotel è molto affascinante, le zone comuni sono molto curate e di impatto. La camera decisamente no. Molto piccola e con letti piccoli e scomodi. Va bene usare letti singoli ma così piccoli si usavano 50 anni fa. Nota negativa il bagno molto piccolo ma soprattutto la doccia con il suo ingresso talmente stretto da avere difficoltà nell’entrarci, ed io sono magro!Buona la colazione. Il prezzo nella media essendo praticamente in centro città. Parcheggio a pagamento

Camera angusta, ricavati in uno sgabuzzino, con lettino singolo con rete distrutta, su cui è stata adagiata una tavola, bagno in un angolo con porta completamente rovinata. Arredamento vecchio e Tv appesa su parete con tutti i fili che scendevano. Unica cosa che si salva il personale gentile e cordiale, colazione ok.
