Il relais ha un impatto signorile ed elegante frutto di una sapiente ristrutturazione sia nella parte esterna, zona piscina incastonata nel verde più corte curata ed accogliente, che negli spazi interni comuni arredati ed allestiti con gusto che abbiamo visto per raggiungere il ristorante Dama. Abbiamo cenato all'aperto sotto una bella veranda con vista meravigliosa sulle colline e sul tramonto. È possibile scegliere tra Menù degustazione e à la carte che soddisfano tutti i gusti con vari tipi di piatti preparati con materie prime di qualità con estro e maestria. Carta dei vini di tutto rispetto servizio efficiente e molto cordiale da parte di tutto il personale in particolare segnaliamo la sig.na Sara.

Struttura bella e molto accogliente. In generale tutti molto gentili ed ospitali. Abbiamo passato quasi 3 giorni (2 notti) di riposo e relax … ripeteremo. Qualche piccola sbavatura al ristorante alla cena (un clerical mistake su ordine .. risotto non comunicato alla cucina ovvio il compagno di viaggio ha dovuto cambiare piatto per non mangiare 20/30 minuti dopo da solo; misto formaggi (proposta 9) ma mancandone 2 costretti ad optare per la scelta “7 formaggi”. Ridevano loro (i camerieri) ridevamo anche noi ma un ospite un po’ più “formale” non avrebbe dato 4 su 5 nella valutazione.

Super verblijf gehad! Kleine details die het afmaken. Het personeel was super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Hebben ons goede restaurant tips gegeven. Zwembad is top met alle service (eten en drinken) die erbij hoort. Wellness area waar je dan ook thee en water kan krijgen. Ontbijt is a la carte en vonden wij super. Dit zeker om verspilling tegen te gaan. Ontbijt ruimte is met uitzicht over het gebied = waanzinnig mooi. Niet nadenken en boeken!

Nous avons séjourné à La Villa d’Amelia et le cadre est superbe. L’hôtel est joliment décoré, la piscine est agréable et nous avons très bien dormi. La literie est propre et très confortable, rien à redire de ce côté-là. Malheureusement, le service n’est pas du tout à la hauteur, surtout au petit déjeuner. Celui-ci débute à 7h30 mais il n’y a pas de buffet, ce qui oblige à passer commande. Et là, c’est le chaos… Le personnel est totalement dépassé. J’ai fini par recevoir un croissant… mais toujours pas de café après plus de 30 minutes d’attente. Nous avons dû partir sans, car nous avions de la route à faire. Et nous n’étions pas un cas isolé : toutes les tables autour de nous se plaignaient, tout le monde réclamait ses boissons ou ses commandes. Honnêtement, il suffirait de mettre en place un joli buffet comme cela se fait partout, cela réglerait beaucoup de problèmes. Nous n’avons pas mangé à l’hôtel, et vu la qualité du service au petit déjeuner, nous avons été soulagés d’avoir choisi de manger à l’extérieur. Dommage, car l’endroit a vraiment du potentiel, mais il est mal exploité et c’est frustrant.

Wir waren für drei Tage im Hotel und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Besonders das Frühstück am 29.04. und 01.05. war sehr gut, mit einer tollen Auswahl und frischen Produkten. Die Bedienung an diesen Tagen sowie das Personal an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der Pool war angenehm warm und sehr gepflegt – ein echtes Highlight.
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer funktionierte leider nicht richtig. Außerdem wirkte die weibliche Bedienung am 30.04. etwas überfordert, was den Eindruck an diesem Tag leicht getrübt hat.
Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel trotz kleiner Schwächen weiterempfehlen.

Raramente ci è capitato di trovare tanta gentilezza e tanti sorrisi. Una struttura pulita, rilassante, elegante e con uno staff giovane e disponibile. Non parlo di perfezione, ma di quello che succede di fronte a piccoli dettagli: la nostra camera aveva un piccolo problema, ed è stato risolto mentre facevamo colazione, il giorno di Pasqua, con tanto di aperitivo offerto per scusarsi. Un plauso particolare al barman Alfredo, ad Alice ed alla direttrice di sala di cui non ricordo il nome. Ma anche ai ragazzi che servivano al ristorante, ed alle ragazze in reception. Ripeto: piccoli disagi possono accadere, ma è come vengono gestiti che fa la differenza. Torneremo!
