Raramente ci è capitato di trovare tanta gentilezza e tanti sorrisi. Una struttura pulita, rilassante, elegante e con uno staff giovane e disponibile. Non parlo di perfezione, ma di quello che succede di fronte a piccoli dettagli: la nostra camera aveva un piccolo problema, ed è stato risolto mentre facevamo colazione, il giorno di Pasqua, con tanto di aperitivo offerto per scusarsi. Un plauso particolare al barman Alfredo, ad Alice ed alla direttrice di sala di cui non ricordo il nome. Ma anche ai ragazzi che servivano al ristorante, ed alle ragazze in reception. Ripeto: piccoli disagi possono accadere, ma è come vengono gestiti che fa la differenza. Torneremo!

recensisco solo reparto spa: premesso che ho cercato espressamente un relais con piscina riscaldata interna o esterna, e questo era uno dei pochi che l'aveva nelle langhe, anche perchè in inverno con pioggia cerco la piscina calda da starci un pomeriggio , in mancanza d'altro. fuori -1 gradi e la piscina tiepidina, ma non certo calda. in estate è sicuramente fruibile, ma in inverno no!!! gia' per entrarci devi uscire dalla spa e quindi di prendi un coccolone dal freddo. ma poi quando esci, se resisti piu' di 3 minuti, devi uscire bagnata e ti prendi una polmonite. é proprio studiata male la spa!! nelle altre strutture con piscina esterna riscaldata, ( almeno 30 gradi) entri nell'acqua dentro la spa , al caldo, esci all'esterno dentro l'acqua calda ed esci dall'acqua (calda) nella spa. senza prenderti freddo glaciale. Infatti in piscina non c'era anima viva. tutti dentro la saletta (piccola) sulle poche sdraio. Posso capire che scaldare l'acqua costi parecchio, ma se la vendete come "riscaldata", allora fatelo. La reception mi dice che è impostata a 27 gradi, che sono gia' pochini con fuori -1. ma siccome non sono la prima a segnalare questo problema, allora penso che sia voluta.... spa troppo piccola: idromassaggio x max 4persone. sauna e bagno turco idem . mancano appendi-accappatoi, tanto che li abbiamo dovuto appoggiare a terra.... Insomma, il centro benessere è da rivedere radicalmente se si vuole essere un relais 4* alla pari con altri.

Ho trovato asciugamani e lenzuola sporche. La maniglia del bagno mi è rimasta in mano. Nell area benessere i bicchieri di plastica con acqua bollente si sono sciolti. Ristorante e servizio buono

La struttura è molto bella e curata. Il personale in particolare è estremamente disponibile gentile e professionale. Sempre pronti a fare il possibile per accontentarti e farti sentire bene. Due cose secondo me sarebbero da migliorare: aggiungere appendini per accappatoi nella zona spa/wellness e il materasso. Non amo i materassi a molle e duri e purtroppo la mia stanza era dotata di quella tipologia. Ma

We love Villa D’Amelia
We loved our stay. The hotel is charming, the staff and service is amazing, the restaurant is excellent. If there is only one thing that they could have better is a bigger shower box… We would come back for sure though.
