The bathtub was not clean and was black. The bed was a bit small. There was constant noise around. The breakfast was also simple!

Good location in a quiet part of Valencia. It is close to small shops, cafes, market etc. Hotel room was big and the sliding glass door on the side could be opened a little for fresh air of you want. Breakfast downstairs was good (fresh pastries, ham, sausage, fruits etc). Sometimes at night there is momentary noise from the streets (loud music from vehicles), but it's only for a short while.

Esperienza terribile, da non ripetere. Partendo dal receptionist sgarbato ed intollerante, capace di parlare solo lo spagnolo. Si passa al cibo, pietoso, pensione completa, abbiamo mangiato pasta in brodino, pollo asciutto e senza sapore, gelato duro come una pietra ecc ecc. Infine la camera con notevoli disagi.

La planta baja del hotel es recien reformada y bonita, el comedor está bien. Lo que de habitación: las almohadas viejas con bolas dentro, no hay champún, solo gel de cuerpo. No hay minibar por lo que no tienes agua fresquita durante la estancia. Cuando llueva agua entra por las ventanas, las que no tienen buenos cierres y va por suelo. Llamamos a la recepción y han recogido agua con una fregona de muy mal olor, que la tienen, si las dejan en agua varias días. Tenia que abrir la ventana pero ni con esto se quito de todo este olor azqueroso. La persona que asigna las habitaciones tiene que tener más conocimiento sobre ellos, ya que pedí habitación con un bidet en buen estado, que con mi minuzvalia es lo principal y era un bidet con paredes tan estrechas que no se podia ponerse comodamente, porque no había suficiente espacio para las piernas. Limpieza: en general bien, pero primer día me toco una toalla mal lavada... En general, este hotel no es bueno para 4 estrellas que tiene, para 3 estrellas, estaría bien. El taxi/cabify son 20€ hasta Bioparc.

A primo impatto la zona mi è sembrata in pochino disagiata, poi mi sono ricreduto. Hotel funzionale e bello, personale preparato, educato ed efficiente. Camera e colazione ok. A voler trovare un difetto per forza voglio dire alla direzione di mettere dei tappetini antiscivolo nelle docce perchè sono parecchio scivolose. Provata anche la pizzeria...ottima.
