Simple, no-frills *** hotel, but all the essentials are perfect. Great coffee machine with very fair prices, 24h vending machine with snacks and beverages. Good, no-frills breakfast, which is free for children.
Overall, good price, especially for families.
The hotel is located at the edge of the forest, very quiet and somewhat remote. Perfect base for hiking tours or exploring the Koblenz area, but don't expect decent restaurants, bars or cultural stuff of any sort in walking distance.

Wir konnten leider selbst nicht einchecken, da wir erst nach 20:00 vor Ort waren. Mein Bruder hat das einchecken für uns übernommen. Als wir vier vor Ort waren, hatten wir eine unangenehme Überraschung gehabt. Statt Vierbettzimmer ( was ich auch gebucht habe) war unser Zimmer ein Doppelzimmer. Zu dem Zeitpunkt war auch kein Personal vor Ort. Also müsste wir irgendwie zurecht kommen.
Telefonisch ist auch keiner erreichbar. Service verdient in dem Fall nicht ein Mal ein Stern.
Hotel ist soweit für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung.

DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE CHEAP PRICE THEY OFFER. (they steal money from your card) we booked the room with the jacuzzi because this hotel offers cheap price according to other hotels. Seems like this chep price was only a bait for costumer then the hotel can rip extra mony off from you. They intentionally put the carpet near the Jacuzzi so the carpet will get wet however carful you might be and they intentionally doesnt install a whole on the floor for overflowed water from jacuzzi. TWO DAYS LETTER THEY WITHDREW 300 EUROS FROM MY CARD WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION ! On the bill that comes to me 2 weeks later saying they took it for damaging property of the hotel. I belive the still use that carpet up until now cause it dried in just a few hours. Yes thats how they take the extra money. BEWARE The water in jacuzzi always comes out dirty(view the video). The shower has very low water pressure. There is no catle to heat up drink water. There is no slippers. No fridge and not even a couple of mineral water.

Perfect stay on our European roatrip. Easy to park, comfortable accommodation, 15 min walk into Bendorf where you can find a great square with italian restaurants in which serve great food! We didn't have the breakfast there as we instead drove 5 mins into town to a great bakery cafe which serves tasty pastries, bread rolls and super coffee.

Hotel liegt oberhalb des Ortes in eine4 Sackgasse, daher sehr ruhig. Parkplätze am Hotel kostenlos vorhanden in ausreichendem Maße. Zimmergröße überdurchschnittlich, alles sehr sauber. Abwertung ergibt das schwache und lieblos dargebotene Frühstück.

Easy parking, kaufland and lidl nearby, comfort bed.
Minus: no staff after 8pm, make sure you checkin before 8pm.
I will sure choose this hotel again for my future trips.
