Very new hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful. Perfect hotel near the airport. Shuttle service to airport was delayed in traffic so the organised and paid for a taxi to the airport (only 10-15 mins away). Would certainly stay here again.

That man standing in the door give me really huge help, I am an Indonesians who lives abroad more than 28 years, I am not familiar with Gojek, I just downloaded gojek application early morning, I ordered car gojek but I didn’t put the right address, lucky this man checking on me, after an hour I was on my way to see my family, thanks again for his help.

A really good airport stopover hotel. The rooms are clean , light and spacious and look out onto greenery. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel has a 25m pool, hot and cold spa pools, sauna and steam room, so you can really enjoy the time you have here. For breakfast there is a buffet with masses of choice. With free airport pick up and drop off this hotel has it all.

The Hotel was relatively clean, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room i got had a problem with the air conditioning and we end up having to deal with a not-so cold air conditioning for the entire night, given the weather temperature in Indonesia is very hot, this was a big deal. Whoever sleeps in a cold environment, i recommend looking out for this. The staff responded quickly and was very helpful but was unable to solve the problem. Overall was an okay experience. Hotel room looked a bit old.

Absolutely recommendable place. Perfect location, and very friendly people behind the reception. Rooms are very clean, and the highlight is the roof top terras. also the breakfast is very good with a wide variety of choices. Also an excellent shuttle service from the airport.

The room was spacious and the toilet was great. The luggage service was very helpful. The location is very close to Terminal 3 at CGK. The best part is the free pick-up and drop-off service to every terminal in CGK

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my one-week business trip in Indonesia. The airport pickup was arranged seamlessly, and the hotel itself is very new. Cleanliness was impeccable; everything looked spotless. What truly stood out, however, was the service. Both the front desk staff and the restaurant servers greeted me with big, genuine smiles, making me feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. Oh, and the airport transfer to the hotel took only 20 minutes, while the drop-off to the airport was just 5 minutes – extremely convenient!
