The facilities are more than you would expect. The staff friendly and helpful. If you are a non smoker request a room not near the smoking rooms as the smell drifts into your room.

But for the receptionist staff at the back near the restaurant, the male staff are not very friendly and the female staff said my baby was fussy, it's natural that my baby was fussy because he was very tired, we were on vacation in Bali for 1 week and my baby was not feeling well, he was very fussy at that time, you miss, watch your mouth, don't make visiting guests angry and feel uncomfortable, we stayed at this hotel for one night, spent 5 million but got bad treatment by the receptionist and it's a shame that there is no elevator in the hotel here
