You will be just moments away from the inviting Historic Downtown, the trendy Galveston Avenue corridor, and the fashionable and fun Old Mill District. The outdoor space at The Park House West includes a fully fenced front yard (with the shortest portion being 4.5' tall), a private HOT TUB, and outdoor dining area. This is a private, standalone house exclusively for guest use. The house, grounds, hot tub, and parking area are unshared. We have complete contactless check-in for the convenience and safety of our guests. All towels, linens and bedding are included. We also leave guests a small amount of starter supplies including: toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soaps, hand soaps, bath soap, shampoo, and coffee bar items mentioned above. We also provide blow dryers, iron and ironing board. Please plan accordingly to bring anything else you may wish to have with you on your trip. Note: Guests who book this home will be required to sign an auxiliary rental packet with specific rules and information included, such as neighborhood quiet hours, check in and out time restrictions, and non-smoking policies.
