We had a wonderful stay at this hotel through TUI. Check in and out was very easy, the room was clean and was cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly and very helpful when we needed anything. I would actually go as far to say it is one of the better hotels we have stayed at generally in the world! Only comment would be that at peak times of year it could do with some more beds around the pool but when it was busy, we just went down to the Joecons on the beach and used beds there instead, where towels were also provided. Breakfast there was a large selection of food and one night we ate at the hotel and had a fab meal. We stayed for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the whole experience and felt really relaxed.

Check in was perfunctory with no introduction to hotel's facilities. Staff pleasant enough but in need of customer training. Service for drinks and meals slow despite there being plenty of staff around. Mr Khan in the restaurant interacted with guests well. Pool clean but loungers limited and towels run out frequently. The hotel is advertised as being close to the beach but is in fact a 15-20 minute walk ***** a dirt road. Rooms are a little tired but the house keeping staff are hard working. A lot of noise during the night with fellow guests shouting and slamming doors. Gym equipment needed cleaning and updating. Our transfer was booked for one hour after check-out and our wi-fi access was terminated despite us waiting in the reception area for the hour.

Unfortunately this hotel is in need of urgent staff training and improvement. The staff have no customer service experience and only the basic training to work at this hotel. The condition of the hotel is not reflected in the photos on the webpage, with waterfalls into the swimming pool and clean and sparkling surfaces, the reality is a tried and unkept hotel. the floor to the restaurant was never cleaned in the week we stayed there with spills and marks on the floor. There are no tables on the grass and the bar at the swimming pool is not used. If you are happy to wait over an hour+ for food or drinks, then maybe this is the hotel for you. Whilst a single member of staff, Mr Khan tried his best, he was not supported by his fellow Managers or staff. The location is not near or on the beach, but a walk down a dirty and smelly road to the beach. The positive about the walk is that you walk past other restuarants, bars and the 5 star Taj hotel, that save you staying or eating at the Fortune hotel. The ITC Group needs to close this hotel, fix the issues and urgently train all of the staff, or this hotel will not survive.

Fortune Resort Benaulim, Goa, is a beautiful property and one of the best pet-friendly stays we’ve experienced. The team went above and beyond to ensure both we and our pet cat, Mystique, had a memorable stay. From spotless rooms, a cozy pet bed, and bowls to a thoughtful Christmas gift for Mystique, every detail was perfect. The lush lawns and excellent food at Zodiac added to the charm. Special thanks to GM Chaitra Dwivedi and the amazing staff—Manusha, Shankar, Sushma, Vincent, Khan, Purnima and others—for their warmth. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

A true reflection of home away from home. My family and I had gone there to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and the team really worked passionately to make it special for my little one. Mr. A. My two week stay at this lovely hotel was made enjoyable by the friendly and polite staff at this hotel. I would particularly like to commend Carlton in the restaurant for his friendly manner and his kind and helpful service throughout my stay. Also Suraj at the pool area, who too was friendly and helpful. I have specifically mentioned these two people as they stood out, and would like to add that all the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

Gauri Shankar was a very good associate that helped me find my lost aadhar card It was a pleasure staying . I had requested him ad hoc for a scooty and he went above his responsibility to find us one. It kade us enjoy our stay Would recommend everyone
