Niraamaya Private Villas -Benaulim, Goa

It was an excellent property. Very well-trained staff and great help from them. Fully enjoyed the views from the property and every corner of the property. Best part is private access to the beach. 100% from my side. Staff are well dressed..

Had an unimaginable stay at Villa escape. One of the finest luxury properties i have ever witnessed. Everything was spot on especially the staff, they went out of their way to make sure that we have a comfortable stay. Hemant had everything sorted out for us, he did everything from serving a glass of water to being a great concierge. They had extended the complete villa to us, like if it was our own house. Location of the villa is fabulous The quality of food was exemplary, they aced it in every type of cuisine we opted for

Niraamaya Private Residencies Goa is the Epitome of Luxury in the lap of one of the most scenic settings amidst lush plantations right on tranquil Benaulim beach of South Goa . The rooms and the layout of the pool villa is designed to offer uninterrupted views of the beach and the green surroundings . The myriad collection of wall arts throughout the pool villa would surely grab a lot of attention . Having visited at the onset of monsoons the experience was ten fold better . Special mention to Hemant who was a thorough professional in catering to any minutest of requests and our private chef Francis who made the experience even more special .

We visited Niramaya at Benaulim during June 2022.We had an amazing time. The hospitality was unmatched.As always, the staff did a phenomenal job.Hemant ensured that we had a fantastic stay and took care of every minute detail.Shashi as the North Indian Chef was outstanding and we got to relish some amazing dishes from Himachal.Access to the beach from the property was great.Overall the property is very well maintained and we look forward to visiting again.I would also like to thank Dhanraj (property manager) for his assistance.

We had a wonderful stay- very family friendly & very private. If you want to enjoy in luxurious privacy, nothing matches this place. Both accommodations are located right on the beach on beautifully kept lawns. The facilities are premium & toiletries are Forest Essentials. The pool villa is massive, has 2 bedrooms & the living room overlooks the infinity pool. Hemant the property manager did a great job of making us feel at home. He's proactive, helpful & discrete- appears just when you need him, otherwise leaving you to enjoy your break. The cook Shashi did a very good job of cooking north Indian fare. His food was homely & delicious. Our kids were made to feel most comfortable & we appreciated that immensely. We will definitely come back.

Our family of 3 humans and 2 dogs spent a gorgeous 3 weeks at Niraamaya Goa. Was such a wonderful stay. Right on Benaulim beach, sprawling lawns, a lovely pool, large indoor spaces, high-quality furnishings, this place genuinely had it all. Rare to find such a gem. A special shout-out to the efficient, caring and warm staff there, especially Maneesh, Chef Francis and Hemant. They made the stay truly worth it.

Amazing place to relax in an ultra premium property with only 2 villas in a large complex. Benaulim Beach is right in front of the observation room and gives a private beach feeling. Pet friendly. There are few decent shacks on the beach also if one wants to step out.

As a solo US female traveler, this place was the perfect get away. A peaceful,quiet and relaxing place. Maneesh and Hementh were attentive and responsive. Excellent service and hospitality! I have dietary restrictions and Chef Francis was able to provide me with local fare and work around my gluten and dairy allergies. The food was of excellent quality and is made to order. I even got a cake and candle for my birthday. The staff truly made my stay special. The property has a secluded feel with a luscious garden and trees. The two main villas are set back from the beach. Only the villa (the larger one) with the pool has a view of the ocean. However, there is a beach villa located very close to the beach with huge windows overlooking the ocean that can be used by all visitors. A perfect place for sunrise and sunsets. I stayed in the smaller villa which has two separate accommodations (rooms) with a common area with a desk, couch and TV. I had my own spacious room with a king size bed and a luxurious bathroom. The room was surrounded by floor to ceiling windows with black out blinds. There was a patio directly outside of my room. The room was well maintained and very clean. My stay was amazing and I felt safe and pampered the entire time. Thank you for my much needed get away.

We have explored Goa quite extensively and stayed in different locations, but this was a true find. The location, the built and the services are beyond perfect. The hospitality is exceptional as well. The workstation in the beach house overlooking the ocean is the cherry on the cake. Would highly recommend this place.
