This resort is the best budgeted resort in South Goa, It's affordable and the staff is very friendly and adjustable. The pool is good , The freedom to come and go anytime. I would definitely recommend it for young groups and family

The stay was comfortable. It doesn’t give you a feel of hotel instead it’s like flats. Location is a little secluded from the main road.

This place grows on you slowly. At first it may seem like there are no resort like features even though it's called a resort. But later you realise it's usp is it's location - it's located away from the hustle n bustle of the beaches in a quintessential goan neighborhood and yet just a 5-min bike ride away from 3 lovely beaches - benaulim, sernabatim and colva. What it might lack in amenities, it makes up for in great service to set those amenities right (if possible. Gracious and accommodating owner. Nothing else to share.

We have booked a 3bhk flat. And the expectations was that its a only a flat in apartment. But its a more good than a hotel room. Proper maintain and hygiene place to stay. Take care is also available for you. We got complimentary breakfast. Also they have accept late checkout for us. Im written all things. We have booked a 3bhk flat. Rooms are clean and tidy. Also i was given a free upgrade from studio room to 1bhk. Great support from staff and very helpful
