Not up to the mark as expected. Photos on the website do not justify actual room quality. Poor service experience

There is nothing much in the hotel except high prices to be paid on the name of 5 star property. There is hardly any arrangement to sit at the beach, there rooms are quite weirdly structured, no view from the rooms and property is deteriorating with every passing day.
Buffet breakfast is not worth at all- they take exorbitant amount of time to serve you on the table after taking the order from live station. While the a la carte food at dinner is still fine.
Their reservations staff is not cooperative specially person named frazaer and Shashank as they are not the person of their words and hardly know customer service. Other junior staff is still better and courteous enough. Mayur was better in managing and handling the client requests and situation.
Overall, would not recommend this place to anyone who need to spend a good amount of money, suggest find other 5 star properties as they are much more value for money with better services and amenities. Please avoid if you like a happy goa trip.

Recently I went Goa with my family & friends. I want to relax from my hectic routine. So I personally choose south Goa this time . I had already visited Goa 3-4 times, however this time I felt a great experience. We stayed at Azaya beach & spa resort. The rooms was specious with best amenities. All staff members were quite co-operative & have friendly behaviour .they gave us an excellent hospitality. The resort ambiance was good & has lush greenery. The food was scrumptious & restaurant staff was also friendly. Specially Mr. Aftaab. This guy gave us a best service . Because of him, we knew about the water park, where our kids & we enjoyed a lot. He is an amiable person. In short, it is an excellent property where u relish & rejuvenate… must visit….I definitely repeat this property & also recommend to my friends

Chef Tara and Chef Ajay made our food to order. They came out to check everything was to standard. The vegetable spring rolls and vetgetable fried rice were delicious. 10/10 on service and delicious food. Chef Tara also very respectful and adhering. Fantastic!!!

We had a wonderful stay for few days with family. The staff is very courteous specially Craig. Their chief Silki at restaurants is really good and we loved food. The rooms are clean and spacious ***** with the amenities. The pool is clean and nice, it’s a perfect fit for family stay.
