Un sitio maravilloso para pasar los últimos días de agosto, el valle de Benasque nunca defrauda, hacer excursiones por los alrededores y si hay fuerzas subir al refugio de la reclusa

Precioso hotel en Marco espectacular. Quiero puntualizar y explicar esta nota. Cerrada con agencia media pensión, se me informa de que tengo derecho a menú de precio 29 e. Sin embargo en las especialidades del día, está la opción de entrecot carne con precio 25 €. Ante el responsable restaurante le pido sustituir el menú (;primero, segundo , postre) por plato de carne exclusivamente. Sin ningún tipo de empatía y cercanía, nos deniega esa posibilidad, aunque sea más barata mi elección, y si quiero ese plato debo pagar la cantidad completa estipulada No termino de entenderlo?????...falta de flexibilidad, sin atención alguna a mis palabras por ese responsable. Me gustaría que algún otro responsable por este medio fuera capaz de explicarme los motivos de esa denegación. Gracias

Precioso y rústico hotel enclavado en un maravilloso valle de los Pirineos. Personal atento, agradable y muy profesional. Espacios, salones, comedor y dormitorio muy bien ornamentados y decorados con gusto y elegancia. Tan solo un pero: si pides una ensalada y un entrecot, te van a cargar en la cuenta medio menú a parte la carne, apreciándose un aumento considerable en el total de la factura. Esto sucede al no disponer de una carta, independientemente de los menús de cada noche. Es la política del hotel, según me informan, pero podían considerar alguna otra fórmula más favorable para el cliente. Algo caro teniendo en cuenta que ese día de la semana la ensalada constaba de unas rodajas de tomate, con algo de lechuga y creo que no más de dos boquerones al vinagre con aceitunas negras.

El hotel está en un lugar espectacular en medio de la exuberante naturaleza del Valle de Benasque. Con multitud de rutas de senderismo y ascensiones desde la misma puerta del establecimiento. Buen servicio, personal amable y decoración muy especial.
