La estancia en el hotel, muy bien. Habitación, desayuno buffet, trato con el personal.... Sólo una pega: el hotel dispone de piscina pero no te facilitant toallas, así que hay que llevarlas. Nos dijeron que podíamos bajar las de la habitación ,cosa que encontré absurda. La verdad es que en un hotel de esta categoría no entiendo como no hay, ni siquiera, un servicio con pago de fianza o algo así. Por otra parte, el spa, aunque pequeño, muy bien. Sienta genial después de una caminata. Por cierto, si pagas el circuito de spa, sí que te dan el gorro y la toalla y se puede disfrutar de la piscina. De todas maneras, no es plan pagar un circuito cada vez que se quiere ir a la piscina. A parte de esto, genial. La situación y la tranquilidad valen la pena.

Comida deplorable, la gran mayoría de veces la trajeron fria, también tenemos que pagar por usar la piscina, por el resto bien😞 No recomendable, id al 4 estrellas de al lado mejor

Hotel muy bueno. El personal súper atento y amable. Buen desayuno. La piscina genial para cuando bajas de esquiar. Tiene justo delante 3 cargadores.para coche eléctrico. Por poner un pero quiza.la almohada, pero claro que eso es personal. En la habitación hacia mucho calor. Repetiremos.

La limpieza de la habitación a la llegada era lamentable, la ducha con manchas amarillentas de no limpiar en mucho tiempo, con el desagüe suelto, el WC no tenía el botón de la cisterna y tuvimos que utilizar un bolígrafo para tirar de la cadena…el “jacuzzi” de la habitación lo mismo, con una capa amarillenta de mugre…obviamente se nos quitaron las ganas de hacer uso de el. Las piscinas con todas las puertas abiertas al exterior con un frío terrible, el agua fría y sucia…es lamentable tener unas instalaciones en ese estado. Solo es salvable el desayuno buffet por la calidad del mismo y variedad, así como la amabilidad de sus trabajadores, pero no volveremos ni lo recomendaremos. Habitación 313, 4 huéspedes.

Een prima hotel op een prachtige plek. Leuk dorpje. Prima ontbijt, uitgebreid. Bed prima. In de kamer liepen mieren, hierover geklaagd. Toen kregen we een upgrade naar een enorme familiekamer, heel groot en mooi! Avondeten is prima. Niks bijzonders. Aardig personeel, de meeste, sommigen kon geen lachje af . Spaans praten helpt. Zwembad oké. Verplicht badmuts a 4 eur kopen is wel duur. Mooi terras buiten. Weinig bedjes bij het zwembad.
