Hotel muy familiar y muy comodo

Hotel con encanto, decorado al detalle , muy limpio y nuevo. Ubicado en zona peatonal , muy tranquila en el centro , con fácil aparcamiento en proximidad. Desayuno completo, variado y de calidad Como pega dificultad para salir de la bañera de hidromasaje (demasiado profunda) y se escapaba el agua de ducha entre la mampara y el borde la bañera

El hotel es precioso. Está muy cuidado, decorado con gusto, limpísimo y el trato maravilloso. El desayuno está genial. Hecho todo con mimo y el detalle de la merienda al bajar de esquiar es un acierto. Sin duda lo recomiendo y repetiría. Perfecto

El fin de semana del 10 de junio se corría una maratón en Benasque y decidimos ir. En la búsqueda de donde alojarnos encontramos este hotel familiar y con encanto que, por las fotos que mostraba, se ajustaba a lo que buscábamos, un lugar cómodo y tranquilo en el que descansar antes y después de la carrera. Las expectativas se quedaron cortas porque al llegar descubrimos uno de los lugares con mas encanto y detalle en los que nos hemos quedado. Además de ser cómodo, tranquilo, limpio y acogedor, tenía todos los pequeños detalles que os podáis imaginar. Y que decir tiene la amabilidad de las personas que allí trabajan. Desde luego que si podemos, repetiremos y si podéis, id a conocerlo porque merece la pena alojarse aquí. Nosotros hemos ido en primavera, pero en invierno debe ser espectacular ver esa chimenea colgante que tienen en la recepción del hotel encendida.

I will not describe the Hotel, the truth is that it is VERY nice and with a very modern and cozy decoration. I was a year ago as a couple and the experience was very good, this year I wanted to return with my teenage son and we couldn't stay. The rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 adults, the Google reservation application, to which the Hotel website redirects you, lends itself to confusion since it presents the rooms as 2/4 people, without further ado without the typical check of "child", marks 3 people and swallows it....... If you are three and one is over 12 years old you will not be able to stay unless you hire and pay for another full room. Three days after traveling, it occurred to me to call, I always do... and I had the unpleasant surprise of having to change to another accommodation because we were three adults and according to the Hotel I had booked for 2 adults and a child... the only one The solution that was offered to me (none) was to hire another room and pay the full price, no extra bed, no compromise on the price....nothing, in the emails that I exchanged with the Hotel I was told that "I had made a mistake when making the reservation"...well, okay...I didn't claim anything, I just asked for a reasonable alternative....::( I have to say that thanks to this I got to know the Hotel de Llanos del Hospital, which has been a great experience and to which I will surely return.

Viaje en familia de 3 noches en La Neu. Además de ser un hotel bonito, puesto al detalle, acogedor y tranquilo el trato fue excelente, cuidado y familiar. Repetiremos seguro. Enhorabuena por hacer tan bien las cosas!
