We were going in September for our 46 wedding anniversary. Sadly we had to cancel the week before we were going. I have marked the hotel 5 because of the reviews from other guests. Hopefully we will be able to get there in 2025. I dont know what else to say. We are struggling to get our money back

We just loved our stay at this hotel from start to finish. The reception team were so welcoming and friendly and kind. The manager was present, socialising and chatting to people. The entertainment team were so nice to my son and celebrated his birthday. The restaurant food was delicious and drinks were very good. Lovely room with amazing views of the sea. We would definitely return, it was perfect.

We travelled as a group of 11 friends and family. Ages ranging from 18 to 82. All the double triple rooms were lovely, spotless clean and with pool/sea views. The only single bedroom was very dated ,had no balcony or patio or view and was very dated,like a cell. The food was really good for the price and a great selection . All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially the ladies on the pool bar who were exceptional and still smiling. The entertainment was what you would expect with the exception of the flamenco show which was excellent. On our last night, we were celebrating a birthday and the hotel was full, we asked could we sit together and dress a table with decorations etc,the staff were really helpful and had cava in ice buckets on the table, which was lovely We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

En general nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. Siempre hay pequeños detalles que se puedan mejorar, pero vamos a empezar por lo positivo, que es casi todo: la atención en recepción por Victoria fue impecable y Peña estuvo atento durante toda nuestra estancia haciendola aún más agradable. Todos y cada uno de sus trabajadores nos han brindado un trato excelente:camareros, animadores, recepcionistas,chicas de la limpieza...tod@s de 10. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, según sales del hotel, cruzas un subterraneo y estás en la misma playa. Tiene un inmenso paseo lleno de comercios y restaurantes y está en un enclave privilegiado lleno de vida. Las habitaciones del hotel son amplias, modernas y limpias. Los colchones son comodísimos,pero las almohadas son muy incómodas y me levantaba todos los días con dolor de cuello. La piscina es muy grande con espacio y hamacas para todos, pero el agua estaba muy fría (quizás sea porque es Octubre). En cuanto a los desayunos, comidas y cenas tengo que decir que la calidad de la comida es muy buena, comida muy variada y muy rica. He estado en hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas donde la comida no estaba así de buena. Y respecto al TI todo bien excepto la calidad de las bebidas alcoholicas. En esto si tengo que resaltar que las bebidas que utilizan son de muy baja calidad. El alcohol sabe a agua dulce,es como si estuvieses tomando agua con azucar. Pero bueno, quitando esto, es un hotel donde podrás disfrutar de unas maravillosas vacaciones. Sin duda alguna volvería a repetir!!

We stayed in this hotel a few years ago and thought it was “just OK”. The hotel situation is very good (although it is on quite a steep hill) which will not suit everyone. The staff were lovely and the room was always clean but the overall experience was just OK as the food let it down badly so we (and many others) ended up eating out most nights. We returned this year for a 10 day holiday and the change to the food was amazing. We ate 3 meals a day for our 10 day holiday and always found something to suit our taste. I heard someone say they couldn’t find anything to eat - it did make me wonder what they did actually did eat as there was always fish, meats (chicken, pork, beef etc) and eggs, pizza and pasta dishes and a good supply of vegetables. They also did Spanish, Italian, Chinese etc nights each week. Would we go back - absolutely. The only things I would like changed is the “extras” - WiFi is roughly 7 Euros a day which seems a lot of money so we just went into a bar for a drink when we needed access to free WiFi. Other people also told us that the WiFi was actually “poor quality”. The safe also had to be paid for which is quite unusual now as most places have digital safes which are free to use. After speaking to other people they were of the same opinion that they would prefer all the “extras” just to be included in the holiday price so you know exactly where you stand before you arrive. Would I stay there again - absolutely.

Hôtel très bien situé, une vue splendide sur la mer, la plage à 100 m, arrêts de bus à 50 m, belle et grande piscine très accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, quartier très animé. La chambre est simple, spacieuse, propre et une très bonne literie, balcon agréable avec vue sur piscine. Le seul bémol, petites odeurs provenant des canalisations dans la salle de bains (travaux prévus pour la prochaine saison). Restauration correcte et personnel sympathique. Très bon rapport qualité / prix pour un hôtel 3 étoiles.......... Certes dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, les prestations seraient supérieures mais le PRIX aussi !!!!!! Très agréable séjour entre amies dans cet hôtel.

Wij waren er voor de 2 keer en onze ervaring was wederom fantastisch.Heel fijn animatie team,fantastisch hoe zij de mensen benaderden en ook onder de gasten samenhorigheid creëren niets moest alles mocht erg tof!!!!! Ook wil ik toch wel een woord van dank uitbrengen aan de manager van het hotel,die ervoor gezorgd heeft dat mijn zwager die voor 4 dagen overkwam en elders een hotelkamer moest boeken bij ons de all-inclusive kon gebruiken omdat hij graag zoveel mogelijk tijd bij ons wilde doorbrengen, hulde!!!! Verder wil ik iedereen die er aan bijgedragen hebben ons een onvergetelijke vakantie te hebben bezorgd, het personeel achter de bar ,in de eetzaal ,de receptie ,ook de dames van de schoonmaak maar dan ook iedereen, allemaal hulde. Hopelijk tot volgend jaar ,maar dan wel met gratis WiFi!!!!!

Stayed here for 9 days end of September 2024. Hotel very nice, clean rooms & were cleaned everyday even on the day our room maid told us she would be on holiday. Food was brilliant. Lovely selection of dishes so something for everyone. Can’t comment on the breakfast because I never went for one but my husband said it was at the usual hotel standard & had everything you could want on a breakfast. We were all inclusive & bar was slow at times. On the whole couldn’t complain but slightly irritating when the one bar staff decided the dishwasher needed emptying & refilling when there was a massive queue waiting to be served, this happened on a couple of occasions. Outside area kept immaculately clean. Hotel situated really close to beach. A small walk down a steep but relatively short hill then through an underpass. Literally 5 mins from hotel. The only complaints I’d have were the entertainment was dire. Animation team tried their hardest but the outside entertainers brought in were rubbish especially the magician. The WiFi wasn’t free, €30 per phone per week. Speaking to the hotel manager about our stay & he said this was going to change for next year. My sister in law was in a single room which wasn’t very nice. It was an adjoining room where you would sleep your children. No balcony only a small window On the whole though a great hotel in a great position & would definitely return
