The environment is very good and it is a four-star hotel.
Hygiene: very clean and the breakfast restaurant is great.
Environment: there is a terrace bar on the roof, a hot spring pool and a good view.

The whole process of check-in was very unpleasant. It took 1 hour to negotiate to get the room. The front desk staff were black-faced and rude.
The hotel is on the side of the road. It is very big and difficult to reach without a car. Several floors of the parking lot are empty. There is a charge, and many people do not use it. There are free parking spaces around the hotel.
The hotel is very big, with 3 buildings and only one mini swimming pool 🙄 closes at 19:00.
