Just returned from a 4 night stay at best Benalmádena and despite being hesitant about the hotel after reading reviews overall we had a very positive experience. The food was good, lots of choice and restaurant felt very clean. Lots of hand sanitizer had been placed around the hotel this was probably due to the amount of complains by guests about food posining but the food was no issue for us better than some 4* hotels we have previously stayed at. The rooms are very spacious, eveything you need. Staff were friendly. It’s located in a very convenient place lots to do outside of the hotel. Pool area is small but did not have to worry about not getting a sunbed as there was plenty to go around. Overall a very pleasant stay!

I don't know what the story is with all these bad reviews regarding sickness, V&D... We (my wife, myself and our son (13) and daughter (11) are just back from an all inclusive week staying at Hotel Best Benalmadena and we had no issues with the food at all. I was dubious about whether to keep our booking given the poor reviews we'd seen but thankfully we stuck with it. Plenty of choice and variety. There were mainly Spanish families staying though there was a healthy mix of Irish, British and Italian's also. The hotel is located quite a way from the marina but the back of the hotel is very tranquil with beautiful sea views. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we warmly greeted by Mariano on reception. Very clean hotel and plenty of sun beds.

Scored a 3 out of 5 primarily due to the fact that the hotel requires modernisation. Staff very friendly, views from sea view rooms amazing, pool area fab. Location is also good. Food was varied, with something for all tastes. Food quality is good. My main recommendation to the management is to invest in upgrading the hotel in general. Both rooms and common areas need work to bring them to current standards. Ref Best Triton as a benchmark for current standards. One further suggestion is for the animation team to cater more for the multi national clients, all seems targeted towards the Spanish holiday makers.

Maravillosa rancia. Habitaciones amplísimas con vistas inmejorables. Comida muy variada y buena, instalaciones muy correctas. La joya de la corona el personal impresionante, además todos ellos y espacialmente el equipo de restauración y animación. Sin duda una magnífica experiencia que repetiremos pronto.

Op de spoedeisende hulp beland door het eten is het hotel. Eten was niet goed gekoeld of niet genoeg verwarmd. Kip was niet gaar. Zwembad had veel viezigheid erin. Personeel was niet behulpzaam en gaf de schuld aan het noro virus.

Buena ubicación tanto como de la playa como el centro de benalmádena, la habitación muy limpia, yo elegí la habitación con vistas al mar, el buffet en mi opinión es pequeño para un hotel de todo incluido y la comida muy repetitiva no había mucha variedad de comida, el personal del bar muy amable y por último la zona de piscina, hay una piscina para los más peques, una piscina grande y un jacuzzi, el socorrista Juan es muy amable y nos ayudó a mí y ami familia con las hamacas y sombrillas, está casi siempre dando vueltas por las piscinas y es muy atento con los más peques y las animadoras son muy amables y entretienen a los peques con muchos juegos y bailes
