It is seen that it has been a 4-star hotel but being closed due to covid and then reopening is not up to that category. Many damages and very poor organization. Lack of animation and bar at night.

Estuvimos en noviembre/diciembre y este hotel tiene un verdadero problema con la comida, muy poca variedad, poca calidad y cuando se termina un plato tardan una eternidad en reponer o simplemente no reponen “se nos ha terminado”, dicen. Trabajadores desmotivados, imagino que tiene que ser difícil recibir tantas quejas y que los que tienen que solucionarlo no hagan nada, (esto es una opinión personal mia). Al llegar nos dieron la habitación 401, un espanto, lúgubre, le faltaba el secador de pelo y me dieron uno de juguete, no tenía todos los utensilios en la cocina, no llegaba agua a la ducha con fuerza para poder ducharte, un horror, al quejarnos nos dieron una mejor en un piso alto aunque ya habíamos pasado tres noches en ese zulo. Este hotel tiene potencial pero está muy descuidado, una pena. Definitivamente no volveremos.

El peor hotel que he estado en mi vida. De 4 estrellas nada, en este momento 2 estrellas siendo generoso porque este hotel debería estar cerrado. El edificio viejo y muy estropeado, necesita una buena reforma tanto por fuera como por dentro. El apartamento por dentro muy viejo con un sofá cama roto y duro, en el aseo el tirador del w.c. suelto y los tapones del lavabo, bañera etc no funcionaba ninguno. Mi esposa quiso darse un baño con agua caliente y salía de color marrón. El restaurante, cada día desayunas, almuerzas y cenas lo mismo. Los camareros hicieron un día de huelga porque no les pagan. La animación la lleva el animador del hotel que canta por la noche que tiene mucha voz pero que desafina muchísimo y que no hace nada más. Para mi solo se salva la recepción, todos muy amables y atentos con los clientes. Resumiendo; NO VOLVERIA MÁS HASTA QUE LO REFORMEN. Sebastián Vallés

El hotel tiene unas instalaciones lacrimogenas . No disponen de un servicio optimo para el inserso, se accede al hotel a traves de una cuesta y si no te gusta tienes que entrar por el parking. La comida es una porquería , si llegas a las 21:30 te dicen que no hay comida . Los empleados muy amables , pero la administración de este hotel da mucho wue desear . No hay jabón en las duchas. La habitación la limpian cada dos días .
