Het verblijf was enorm fijn. Het hotel is prachtig gerenoveerd, al zijn er hier en daar nog echt wel verbeterpuntjes: een gat in het plafond van de badkamer waar een lekkage zit van de airco.. De liften zijn werkelijk een drama! Veel te krap waardoor je soms 15 minuten staat te wachten om boven te geraken. En in de eetzaal met het ontbijt veel te veel mensen, dan zitten alle gasten samen terwijl premium ook een eigen zaal heeft alleen deze word niet gebruikt ? Voor de rest, een enorm fijn en prachtig verblijf gehad en hebben we ontzettend genoten hier! Komen dan ook zeker een keer terug. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam chapeau!!

Great hotel fantastic outside spaces plenty of seating. Good position for exploring surrounding area. Buffet food ok plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Marina area full of shops, bars and restaurants. Nice pools with ample sunbeds. Right on beach

The hotel itself looks amazing with all its facilities, it’s location right next to beach is fantastic and the rooms are large and spacious. However, that for me was it! I arrived on the 14th September, my friend and I settled in to enjoy all the hotels facilities. Went out Sunday evening, came back home and went onto the patio for a cigarette before going to bed. I tripped over the patio door runner and broke and dislocated my ankle and ended up totally frustrated and disallusioned over the next 8 days. I was unable to go down to breakfast as the wheelchair I had only had small wheels and couldn’t be self propelled. Not once did anyone from the hotel ask how I was, if I needed anything or even offer to move me from the 6th floor to a more suitable room. I rented a mobility scooter so I was a bit more mobile. On 4 different occasions I went to the hotel cafe to just sit and relax and get a coffee or a beer, but on each of these occasions I was totally ignored or the was no waiting staff there. So I drove away and tried to find somewhere else outside the hotel. I know of two or three other people who have either tripped or had something else happen to them, one man had the lift door shut on his arm ! While I appreciate it’s a new hotel, it’s actually part of a big chain of supposedly high end hotels, but this one falls short. It’s vastly understaffed and as I see it, in time the good staff that are there will get frustrated and leave. All the hotel seems to care about is making money out of its guests.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel for my birthday with a group of 10 women! Lovely hotel with great views. It is extremely big and you do end up getting lost a bit as it is not very well sign posted. Good selection of foods at all meal times and being replenished often. lovely big rooms with big beds and TV. The bar area was great with reasonable drinks and food. The seating choice is amazing, cant imagine how much the outdoor furniture cost alone, it was comfy and good quality!! I would say some guests need to lighten up and not stare at a group of women dressed in sparkles going out on a Friday night as its rude (not the hotels fault)!! Would definitely stay again however there are some snagging items that need to be rectified: - more hangers in the room - washing line on the balcony to hang towels - sort the coffee machines out at breakfast (tasteless and huge queues) - more signage - more toilets We had a drink on the Sky bar on the last evening and it was lovely. this needs to be advertised more! Great weekend

Fabulous beach front new hotel. Food diverse and plentiful. The choices changed every day . Shame that drinks were only plentiful at breakfast . Great to get your fitness up as the hotel is vast. Good spa facilities and gym. Many pools and beautifully manicured grounds.

Lovely renovated hotel, spacious and great location. Check in took some time as there was only 2 staff on reception and we were checking in for 5 rooms, which seem to take an ages. Rooms weren't available until 3pm but we were able to leave our bags and go off. Food and drink at the pool bar was good and reasonably priced and we were served pretty quickly. Rooms were very comfortable with additional quilts and pillows if required. Here would be my "snagging list" 1. Better signedge throughout the hotel, spent a lot of time getting lost. 2. An additional bin in the room,not just 1 in the bathroom 3. Tea and coffee facilities would be perfect in the room 4. More hangers in the room, we only had 3 5. Iron and ironing boards in the room, you can hire an iron for €20 for 1 hour but no ironing board 6. Coffee machines in the restaurant were so tasteless, we all tried different options, but all were horrible. We would have breakfast and go get a coffee in the little restaurant below the hotel. 7. A button to buzz out of the hotel on the back gates, rather than having to put your arm through the bars to open the gate. 8. Not sure who thought grassed area around the pool with the beds on was a good idea, grass was always wet from the sprinklers and you have to sit amongst that and then take it into the pool. These are just things I think that could be improved to enhance your stay. We loved the time we spent there and thank you

Bien situé sur la côte à Benalmadena, le Best Triton est un hôtel très confortable et complètement rénové. L’accueil est sympathique par un personnel polyglotte. La chambre est grande et bien équipée comme la salle de bain. Beaucoup d’espaces de rangement, un frigo à garnir, bouteilles d’eau renouvelées tous les jours, nécessaire à café et thé, deux grands lits, une télévision surdimensionnée, des fauteuils et un grand balcon terrasse. Manque, peut-être, une corbeille à papier dans la chambre car la poubelle de salle de bain est vite remplie. Notre chambre était située au dernier étage du bâtiment principal face à la mer. Très calme et beau point de vue. Les repas, au restaurant principal (demi-pension), sont variés avec un beau choix de mets que ce soit le matin ou le soir. Seul petit problème au petit déjeuner, les machines à café qui sont lentes et dispensent peu de café, nécessitant de renouveler l’opération plusieurs fois avec en conséquence une longue file de clients en attente. Félicitations au personnel du restaurant qui n’arrêtent pas de servir les boissons, désservir les tables, regarnir les tables mais toujours avec le sourire. Les belles piscines, accessibles à partir de 10h00, sont totalement clôturées. Cela peut paraître tardif mais présente l’avantage d’avoir à toutes heures de la journée un transat de libre ainsi que de se prémunir des « squatters » qui réservent des transats de bonne heure sans jamais être présents. Face à la plage, via la promenade, et à proximité des commerces et de la marina. Un bon point de départ pour découvrir cette belle région d’Andalousie.

We simply cannot fault this hotel, it was amazing, the location was spot on, the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were first class, we stayed in 1447 which is a side sea view, comfortable, very stylish and contemporary with 2 double beds. We had bed and breakfast and as far as the eye could see there was a variety of food even for the fussiest of eater, you would not have gone hungry. The views were fantastic, the pool was clean with plenty of beds. The children's pool was lovely, it was fun area for them! The short walk into the harbour was great, plenty of shops and restaurants. Would we go there again, YES 100%, would we recommend to friends and family, YES absolutely. As we went out of season it was busy with older generation but it wasn't a problem for us, so if you want a holiday to remember, I would definitely recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel with excellent staff. Hotel is new and very nice throughout. Food was lovely at every meal and bar prices were good. Only went to entertainment once but enjoyed it. A few minor repairs required, to be expected with new build.
