Hotel Best Triton

This trip to Hotel Best Triton was a last minute decision but it did not disappoint. My husband and I just loved our brief stay but will certainly return in the coming months hopefully. Everything from check in, the facilities, breakfast choice, bedroom, sky bar was just fantastic. Loved it. Thank you.

The hotel was fantastic in everyway ,the staff were lovely very cheerful and helpful,the location is perfect for beach and access to the marina could not fault it room spacious and decorated to a high standard ill be definitely back to this fabulous hotel 😀 😎 👌

Fantastic hotel. So clean and facilities fantastic. Our one year old loved the splash pool and mini disco. We were bed and breakfast and had it was really good lots of choice and very fresh. Only issues we had was the lifts. They were really slow not enough for the size of the hotel we often had a pram with us so had to wait 10-15 mins with a toddler isn’t the best! If you can would reccommend avoiding peak school summer holidays we found in our second week of our holiday it got a bit too busy with the schools just closing with issues like arguments over sun-beds etc(there was never any need for this there’s plenty of sunbeds! ). Think the hotel will need to bring in protocols for this In busy periods as it was starting to get a bit heated between guests! Overall we absolutely loved it bar these two slight issues and will definitely be back in the future.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in July from 13th-20th. We were late arriving due to a flight delay so didn't arrive until late afternoon but checked in and our rooms were ready right away. We had 2 rooms on the 4th floor with a side sea view. Rooms were lovely (although I'd say one was nicer than the other with a more modern bathroom and air con unit) but both to high standards. Rooms were cleaned daily with towel change. There were no sunbeds available on arrival which was expected due to the time of day. Pool was very lively with water aerobics which was on 2-3 times a day and the music was extremely loud. We chose to lie at this pool for the first 2 days and then we moved to the top pool which is classed as an indoor pool but it's only half covered by a canopy in the summer and it was far more relaxing and civilised. We really enjoyed it here. Getting a sunbed at this place was a NIGHTMARE and like nothing we have ever experienced before. The pool areas were gated and closed until 10am each day. Guests had to queue from around 9.15 each morning at each gated entrance (3 for the main pool and one each for the kids pool and top pool) until the lifeguard came and unlocked the padlocks. Then it was a mad sprint while everyone raced against each other to get their desired sunbeds! The first couple of days weren't too bad and quite civilised but as the week went on, it seemed to get busier and you had to queue earlier to get a sunbed, it was absolute chaos each morning. Guests were pushing other out the way, barging through the gates, throwing towels over the fences, jumping fences and screaming at each other in order to get sunbeds. Clearly there aren't enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel which really lets it down and this is something that needs resolved asap! We discussed this with the reception staff upon check out and they claimed they had no clue this was going on. They also advised that it's down to the lifeguard to sort this issue out - unsure how one single man who has to unlock 5 padlocked gates is going to stop hundreds of people from doing this each day by himself! 10am seems extremely late to be able to get a sunbed, especially if you're an early riser. I really think this lets the place down. The food in the main restaurant was lovely, lots of choice although it did get a bit repetitive with similar dishes a few nights. 2 of us were gluten free and we still had plenty to choose from. The chef even came out every night and personally showed us what we could eat which was really appreciated. We were half board so had the option of changing dinner to lunch so we did this a few days so that we could eat out at night to change things up a bit. Pool bar for evening entertainment has plenty seating but service was slow and it was quicker going to the bar yourself. Definitely not enough staff for the size of hotel.
