Apartamentos MS Pepita

I cannot rate it high or low. I did not take up my booking because the booking went wrong and hotel was unwilling to assist. So I went elsewhere. Somehow while in the process of booking my dates, the system defaulted the dates, finalizing the booking as arriving on my required check-out date. I needed to be in 17, 18 Feb, checking out 19 Feb... But it booked me only for the 19th. I didn't notice until it was too late. I tried to change the dates, there by giving the hotel 2 nights instead of just 1, but they would not adjust the booking. They were unwilling to look beyond their cancellation/modification policy. I therefore took my business elsewhere. Their short sightedness and bad business acumen annoyed me.

Dont stay here my clothes were there in the morning and we went to the beach and the cleaners have been in and 1 t-shirt and 1 pair of shorts have gone if you stay here be weary about your clothes other than that everything was ok

Have stayed in these appartments for many years and have never been dissapointed everything you need in room staff are always very welcomeing pool area great never very busy great when you have two kids pool attendant is such a lovely and helpful person and pool bar staff great location is close for everything you need always get same room street view for people watching booked again for September cant wait. 10/10 for us.

We stay at a similar 3 star Apartments in Tenerife called the Andorra Apartments, and they are fabulous, whereas MS Pepita in comparison are just OK. Although they were clean, and the staff nice, the pool area needs some TLC and the Sun Umbrellas badly need replacing. The pool bar and staff were excellent and the lifeguard was brilliant. It’s the first time however that we’ve been charged for sunbeds in a hotel we’ve stayed at. On the whole we’d rate Pepita 7/10.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for 10 nights, location is perfect you have everything on your door step, supermarket, restaurants, taxi rank, bus stop etc. Marina is just down the road and is lovely. Rooms - Clean, spacious and have everything you need. Maid was in and out a good few times during our stay and changed the towels each time, bed linen was changed once, air conditioning was amazing we needed this especially in the heat. Pool opened at 11am and you can hire sun loungers for €2 euro, the life guard was lovely and friendly, the pool bar is excellent, staff were lovely and the drinks and food were excellent. Stayed here a few times now and would definitely return.

We stayed in MS pepita at the end of June. First time as a family going self catering (3 of us 2 adults and a 10 yo). Location wise- perfect. Close to the marina and the shops, the beach, loads of bars and restaurants. Hotel- a little dated and it’s definitely more of an apartment block than a ‘hotel’ but we loved it. Best aircon we have ever had in a hotel room. Loads of space. Nice wee balcony. We were road facing but the noise stopped about 11pm and was never an issue. Room was cleaned twice in the week but that was well documented to be the way the hotel worked and again not an issue. Decent fridge and nice wee kitchen with everything you would need. Including a sponge and dish soap. Staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms don’t have a hairdryer but can borrow one from reception. Bathroom was spacious and shower was actually decent Pool area- always got a sunbed (€2) but well worth that. Life guard was a dream!! Very strict about rules but that’s what you expect around water! Everything you want for a 7 day trip!! Benalmadena is a lovely place. Loads to do. Loads of different places to each. Very chilled vibe. Recommend the cable cars and a trip to the old town!! All in all perfect holiday!!
