This was our first family holiday abroad so we were super excited and didn't know what to expect. The reviews on here were very mixed so was a little worried. We truly had the best time, all four of us. We took a 5 and 12 year old. Firstly the staff, every single one of them, no issues, happy to help not rude in the slightest. Even the staff in the restaurants running around crazy, did not once feel unwelcomed! The hotel was very clean, everywhere. Our rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed every day. The entertainment was second to none. I give such high ratings to all the reps and the staff at the Holiday Village... They were incredible. The kids never run out of things to get involved in. The kids clubs are safe - I'd never left my boy in the hands of anyone I didn't know, so I was a little apprehensive but once you registered them, they had a photo, signature and contact details to sign them in and out and also the doors were locked once in there for a couple of hours (depending on the activities). Everything is free to take part, apart from the "academies" they have swimming academy, football and stage academy and you have to pay for those as they are a few sessions long. We never had chance to get into the American or Italian restaurants that are on site... You get to eat in these once if you stay longer than 5 days ( I recommend book in advance as they were super busy) they are closed Saturday and Sunday too. The normal buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner was brilliant. We aren't fussy eaters, some people were complaining of cold food... Not being funny but the later you go, naturally the longer the food is left out on the hot plates, not much you can do about that. The food was lovely, had plenty of options. If you hav allergies or specific dietary needs you can ask the staff and they will sort you out a meal fresh. There is a shop on site that's reasonably priced, sells most things you can think of. If you want to do laundry, you have to collect tokens from reception, it's €7 per wash and dry though. We never left the site unless it was the TUI trips we went on which were brilliant btw. I highly recommend going to the market in Fuengirola that's on a Tuesday. It's huge!! We came back with loads of deals on football kits etc. Mini golf is free you ask them at reception for the golf clubs and you have them for an hour at a time. The evening entertainment is amazing if you ask me. I was on the dance floor more than my kids. They have trampolines and go karts open during evening entertainment for kids, you do have to pay. There is an arcade and plenty of pool tables around. Sun loungers are always reserved early, so make sure you get down there early in the morning if you plan on staying poolside most of the day. We stayed at the hotel early July as a family of four with two children (4&8 yo). The hotel was fabulous and our room was clean. I noticed some previous reviews complaining about the location of the hotel, maybe check the location of the hotel before you book?! For us the hotel was perfect, we spent most of our time there by the pool, we also went across to the water park across the road. There is a beach near by (10/15 min walk). There was various kids activities held ay the hotel/pool throughout the day. The food was fabulous, great selection and if you can’t find something you like, then there really will be no pleasing you. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you giving us a wonderful holiday! Would highly recommend for a family!

Fantastic experience. Great food selection. Room made medium impression but after seeing pools, friendly staff and how everything was run we were impressed. Great hotel and really good time. Not one cloud on a sky in 8 days in july. Lourders (staff member) was outstanding . She done the extra mile for us. Thank you everyone. Great memories here!

Please ignore the negative reviews, the entire staff (reception, catering, lifeguards, cleaners, bar staff) were great, the food was great, the Hotel was spotless. This Hotel is a fantastic choice for Families and is highly recommended.
