It has exceeded our expectations!! We have spent 8 days with All Inclusive and it has been a fantastic vacation. The hotel lacks nothing. Excellent cleanliness, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The food is also quite good. The only thing that we believe can be improved is the offer of entertainment activities to the Spanish public. They turn a lot to foreigners and Spanish animation remains in the background. If this would improve, it would be amazing.
As for Trip's customer service, give them a 10, since when we arrived at the hotel they told us that our daughter was not included in the reservation (despite the fact that the reservation was well made) and they made us pay almost an additional €700 for the girl and from the moment one Trip has responded very well, solving the problem quickly and with unbeatable attention. In less than a week Trip has paid all the expenses for this inconvenience and they have refunded me 100% of the amount that the hotel made me pay to be able to check in my daughter.

Decent hotel, more like a resort. Facilities are stricted unless you are on all inclusive deal like use of spa. Also breakfast was decent but no real fruits. Mostly canned and juices were not real juices.

No lo recomiendo para nada, estaba viendo un espectáculo con mi hijo de dos años y como estoy embarazada no puedo sentarme en el suelo así que me apoye en una pared, la pareja de la foto me increpó de mala manera que me sentara levantándome la voz y nadie del equipo intervino, no recomiendo un hotel donde no se respetan niños pequeños ni embarazadas

El hotel es precioso, excelente habitación, te hacen sentir como en casa, buen trato del personal, especialmente de Alex, Carlos, fe y del subdirector Manuel, todos son fantásticos, tiene muy buena vistas, la comida y la bebida son muy buena, las actuaciones son buenas, es muy recomendable visitar.

Nous avons passé 9 jours superbes dans le holiday VILLAGE avec nos enfants de 2 et 6 ans. Tout était propore, personnel très sympa, Buffet il y en a pour tous les goûts et le thème change tous les soirs. Les piscines ne sont pas trop froides même en octobre. Fraîches mais accessibles même pour les plus petits. Un arrêt de bus se trouve devant L'hôtel pour 1euro 70 / pers vous vous déplacer facilement. Je recommande le zoo BioParc. L'animation est sympa est pas trop intrusif. La piscine intérieure est également agréable lors de journée de pluie. Malheureusement certains clients abusent lorsque c'est en all inclusive et que c'est désolant de voir les comportements et gaspillages, mais L'hôtel n'est pas responsable des gens non éduqués. Le seul commentaire "négatif" est que L'hôtel a besoin d'un rafraîchissement dans sa globalité y compris les chambres. Nous avons passé des superbes vacances et merci à toute l'équipe pour votre job.

we use only all inclussive and travel 2-3 times a year but this place is so far the worse.Very very cheap quality food.Runny and raw eggs,pink chicken,burned paella,no any kind of nuts in breakfast(don't come with allergy excuse please) 20 min queue for a omlette with canned mushroom yellow cheese and "ham". Lots of junk and cheap quality food. every day 20 min waiting for seating for lunch and dinner no matter what time you went, mid week change dinner time from 18.30 to 19.30(+20min waiting) ,my little one fall asleep next to table since then.So in a 7 day holiday you queue 7-8 hours.The soft play area was reserved for TUI guests exactly in rainy days,seems not all guest are treated equal!Pool bar was closed,the other 2 restaurant was closed.The pool area and playground is nice. Location: there is nothing near by, the nearest "supermarket" is 30min walking distance. We walk both direction next to the sea 4-5km ,there not much things to see.Just simple sandy beaches with dark sand,very very boring. Rooms are ok.The staff is amazing,very polite,helpful, they are definitely the best ,that why I give 2 star. Cocktails and drinks are ok.
