Beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, very friendly staff, focused on foreign tourists, who are the vast majority. The breakfast buffet was good, but the dinner was short and repetitive. My son loved it, so we'll be back.

It has exceeded our expectations!! We have spent 8 days with All Inclusive and it has been a fantastic vacation. The hotel lacks nothing. Excellent cleanliness, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The food is also quite good. The only thing that we believe can be improved is the offer of entertainment activities to the Spanish public. They turn a lot to foreigners and Spanish animation remains in the background. If this would improve, it would be amazing.
As for Trip's customer service, give them a 10, since when we arrived at the hotel they told us that our daughter was not included in the reservation (despite the fact that the reservation was well made) and they made us pay almost an additional €700 for the girl and from the moment one Trip has responded very well, solving the problem quickly and with unbeatable attention. In less than a week Trip has paid all the expenses for this inconvenience and they have refunded me 100% of the amount that the hotel made me pay to be able to check in my daughter.

Amazing first holiday experience. Large variety of food and drinks, great entertainment and a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Shout out to one of the bar staff 'Raphael' for ensuring our holiday was the best it could be. Also rooms cleaned and towels replaced on request.

The room is large and clean with a kitchenette consisting of microwave and fridge,I find the decor a little dated but this is my own opinion. The entertainment is amazing and with 3 toddlers there is more than enough to keep them busy. Pool area is spotless and the pools themselves are clean.90 percent of staff are lovely and they work so hard and are so nice to talk too but there are a handful of staff I find rude, there is only 1 bar open at once meaning you may have to go distance for a drink ,not ideal if you have limited mobility as I have. My biggest problem is the food, it's warm at best and though there are microwaves it's not what I expected for 4 star, the choice is repetitive I've seen same dishes for 6 days,there is no show cooking and definitely not up to the standard I expect This hotel is would say is 3 star but the facilities are amazing and the entertainment staff are out of this world.

Très bon séjour, hotel propre, personnel accueillant que ce soit , l accueil, la cuisine, l entretien, salle de sport..tous le personnel est dévoué. En ce qui concerne le bruit, il est vrai que la salle de restaurant résonne, mais maintenant l hôtel n est pas responsable des cris des enfants et surtout de leur éducation l hotel est tres bien desservi avec une station de bus proche, taxi a proximité les chambres sont faites tous les jours avec changement de serviettes. L'espace aquatique est grandiose pour adultes et enfants. Location de voiture à l hôtel avec Manuel qui est super et donne de nombreux conseils. La nourriture est convenable il y en a pour tous les goûts. Voilà, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y reviendront.

My personal review. We are a family of 3. I would give this hotel a 3.5 out of 5. Rooms- Are huge, clean and amazing. Bathroom has a bath and separate shower. You have a dining table, kitchen and separate bedroom plus a decent balcony. Really happy! Pools- are surprisingly warm, saltwater, and my son loved the splash park at the beach club. All clean and attentive lifeguards. Staff- are fantastic, they will do whatever they can to help you. Hotel is run smoothly and the kids entertainment is great. The adults is good too. The let down for us and why we will not be back.... The food- it's like school dinners and variety isn't great as it doubles on two stations. Salad was good. My main thing is the food on holiday, I don't have to cook. I'm normally quite piggy and will get two plates. But l've definitely lost weight on this holiday, which I guess is a positive. If we had known we would have done room only. Because the hotel is really good. Oh and the beach is across the road and it's beautiful. Obviously everyone expectations are different. We always do all inclusive so knew to not expect a gourmet standard but we were disappointed all week.

Hands down the best holiday we've ever had! the staff were all friendly and helpful ,the food was really good and the view from our room out to sea was amazing, comfy beds and large apartment with a big balcony looking out to sea ,plenty of entertainment for the kids and plenty of chance to relax also, my daughter didn't want to leave and we will definitely be back I can't recommend holiday world village enough.
