We go to the Villa Padierna every year. Every part of the experience is incredible, the service is one of the best parts, our waiter Adrian Rubio today is always so lovely, always making our experience amazing!!

From the moment of arrival, the experience was flawless. I was warmly welcomed , with a level of service that truly reflects the standards of a five-star hotel. The suite I stayed in was spacious, elegantly descorated, with a luxurious finishes and a stunning view. Every detail seemed carefully thought out to offer the maximum comfort and well being. Breakfast was undoubtedly one of the highlights: the quality of the food was exceptional , with a generous variety of fresh ingredients, all served on a beautiful terrace with a charming view - the perfect way to begin each day. The service provided by all staff members was outstanding: everyone I encountered was lind, dicreet, professional, and consistently attentive, always ready to make my stay even more enjoyable. Thos hotel combines impeccable hospitality, top-tier facilities , and a atmosphere of refined tranquility. I truly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel, and once again, it’s a solid 5-star experience. The service is consistently exceptional, with a special mention to Carlota, the Customer Service Director, who goes above and beyond to make each visit memorable. The spa is truly world-class, the breakfast spread is generous and delicious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!

This is our second visit to Villa Padierna and once again it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and elegant and our family connecting room was spacious , beautifully furnished and with an enormous, peaceful terrace. We were greeted upon arrival by the excellent door staff who were consistently friendly and happy to help throughout our stay. Guest relations , Ainhoa and Carlotta offered us such a warm welcome and we thank them for all the treats which made our stay extra special. Both of these ladies are a credit to the overall excellence of the hotel. The varied breakfast buffet with a la carte options was hosted by a fantastic team who started every day with a smile. Diego and the pool attendants kept us shaded, fed and watered with a prompt, personable and friendly service. The beach club is a real haven , boasting a chilled vibe and serving up delicious seafood. We particularly enjoyed the Sunday brunch. It is also well worth an evening visit. We ate in all the restaurants where the service was unbeatable and the food was consistently delicious. Our particular favourite was 99 sushi. The settings for each restaurant reflect the laid back charm and beauty of the hotel . The rooms and grounds are kept impeccably clean , tidy and in pristine condition. We very much hope to visit next year !
