Quartiers Marbella Apartments

We stayed at Quartiers Marbella Apartments from 24/12 to 01/01 to celebrate Christmas and New Year's Eve. Upon arrival we were received very friendly and everything was well explained, check-in was quick and that was nice! We had booked a 2-bedroom apartment (premium). What struck us first was the size of the apartment and the terrace with beautiful views of the mountains where we experienced a beautiful sunrise every morning. The apartment was clean but could be better in a number of places (dust in some places). The inventory is sufficient, but in our opinion a few more plates/glasses could be placed. The rest of the kitchen was equipped with an oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and dishwasher. Each apartment has one private underground parking space. During the winter period there was 1 swimming pool open (3 in the summer) which was supposed to be heated, but we found the water very cold. The resort is very well maintained and there is a lot of peace and quiet. There is 24/7 security at the main entrance, which provides an extra safe feeling. Location is great! you have a beautiful view. rental car is a must, but within 20-40 minutes you can reach Estepona, Playa Banus, Marbella, Mijas and Fuengirola and other major places. Several golf courses can be found nearby and the supermarket is approximately 6 minutes away. We will definitely come back to Quartiers Marbella Apartments and can definitely recommend it.

Badly located on top of a hill and far from everything, one would hope for a peaceful place. And no, the apartments are NOT insulated, shower, toilet and all neighbor activities are live. Apparently dark, terrace in the shade from 2 p.m., kitchen without equipment apart from a "professional" Nespresso machine with capsules at €0.80 only on sale at reception. Terrible bedding and average cleanliness make it an address not to be recommended
