"Clean and tidy, warm service. The hotel is small with only nine small houses, good privacy. There is Ms. Bella who speaks Chinese, very warm. The hotel can pick you up in the town, and a taxi from the town is only about 15 yuan. It is a very good hotel suitable for vacation, lying flat in the hotel. The weather has been bad these days, and I only saw the stars in the sky one night. Anyway, it is a very good resort hotel."

"It is a good hotel but a but far from town center, so better be there with own car. Not much facilities such as gym, swimming pool in the hotel, so definitely not for family staying. Dinner is from NZ$99 but can see stunning lake view. Recommends book with lake view."

"Mercure Queenstown Resort has offered very good services with great hospitality. The room given has a great view overseeing a big lake right from the middle. Livin (A name for New Zealander, I suppose) offered great hospitality for us and even treated us a VIP favour by giving an in room slipper.. thank you.. if you are lucky you can even spot a double rainbow… Superb.. love Queenstown and Mercure Resort.. Also Accor membership is usable here.. bravo.."

"Overall, it's decent. The view from the window offers a distant panorama of snow-capped mountains. The location is quite convenient for getting around, but the hotel has limited parking spaces, which isn't ideal for self-driving tourists exploring New Zealand's South Island. Although the underground car park has two or three levels, it was always full when we drove down. The hotel charges for parking daily, but if you arrive late, you'll often find no available spots and will need to find alternative parking yourself. Most of Queenstown's attractions are nearby, with the cruise activity center less than 1 km away. It seemed that Queenstown required the least amount of driving during our South Island road trip, making its convenience excellent."

"We stayed in Queenstown for three days during our honeymoon. I felt rested. The view was beautiful when I opened the curtains. I experienced unprecedented service. When I was having dinner, I mentioned to the butler that I had fallen and needed to go to the hospital. The manager called me in the afternoon to ask if I needed any help. The dinner menu didn't change much during the three days. It would be better if they could change it every day and give me a tasting menu. On the second night, I was surprised to find that the waiter in the restaurant was a mixed race of Chinese and Western."

"Walked out onto the balcony and we were met with these stunning views. The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent. When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful. We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation. The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park. The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust."

"Brilliant place like all haka houses are! Very clean and huge kitchen area, nice lounge area as well! Toilets were clean. Only downside is that there is advertised private parking but when I got there the car park was full with about 6 cars in it! This means you have to either park on the street or go up a huge hill and park outside houses just to get to your car! Wasn’t made clear."

"Very Very beautiful view from the room and the hotel restaurant（see below pics）!!! Close to the Queenstown city. The room is very tidy and big with some mix up tools for cocktails. It’s my first time travel alone. I was stressed, nervous and had a few questions to most of things. The service is soooooo good. Specially I would like to appreciate Kim and the reception staffs for helping me during my stay. Thanks for giving me a wonderful journey with QT Queenstown🥰 I will definitely come back again to QT Queenstown with my parents and friends shortly♥️♥️♥️"

"I went here on the recommendation of others during the Spring Festival. The front desk can speak a little Chinese and he should be Chinese. Unfortunately, he was not assigned to a room upstairs. It was lonely for the same price. The door is right next to the road. If you want to book later, be sure to make a note. Need a room on a high floor. Parking is not free. If your car is still in the garage after 11 o'clock at night, you will be charged a parking fee of $24 (you can park for free during the day), but the garage is very small and cannot park many cars. The facilities are relatively old but the hygiene is OK. Both rooms have bathrooms, which is great"
