Я часто путешествую и бываю в разных отелях. В Белокурихе высокие цены и за 8000 я ждала, что будет дорого и терпимо. Но было великолепно! Никаких денег было не жалко. Продумано все для людей. Кровать мягкая, подушки и латексные и обычные. Белье высокого качества. Номер был свежайший. Все невероятно чистое. Гели для душа и шампуни местной фирмы, эко. Вот каждая деталь продумана!!! Каждая мелочь! Все идеально! Завтрак отвал бошки. И супер профессиональный персонал! Мы ходили с мамой и восторгались всеми пунктами!

Total lack of loyalty. The hotel was paid for, came in the evening by family from Novosibirsk - we were refused to check in because of the absence of the original birth certificate of a 6-year-old child. While both parents were there with baby and we had a copy with us and in electronic form, we had originals of passports of both parents. Just poker face and no. Reached the deputy manager, also refused. We called three hotels around and they were totally okey with the copy of document. They didn’t give us money back and didn’t provide the accommodation. Awful service. Never again.

Мы ездили с семиой всё понравилось особенно место, И работники тоже всегда когда что то спросили вежлива всё сказали обисняли и паказали мы обизателно ещё приедем Ну этот раз думаю мы двоём приедем🙂

Здраствуйте. Много красивой территории отеля. Хорошее питание!!! Очень замечательный и вежливый персонал. Изумительный интерьер. Можно отдохнуть и покататься на лыжах. В отеле есть все необходимое для одного или для семьи из нескольких человек.

Очень хороший отель. Вежливый персонал, чистота и порядок. Очень уютное место. В следующем году приеду сюда со всей своей семьёй. Также приятно удивлён звукоизоляцией номеров. Рекомендую к посещению!

Мне понравилось обслуживание и состояние номеров, мне провели экскурсию и были очень вежливы, дали номер на выбор. Прекрасное обслуживание. Качество еды на уровне. В номере чисто, ухоженный вид кровати.

Долгожданный отпуск. Переживали чтобы все прошло хорошо, и зря. Отличные номера, обслуживание на высоте. Питание очень хорошее понравилось и взрослым и детям. Очень довольны и еще вернёмся сюда. Дети счастливы, и мы с мужем тоже.
