Ramada Encore by Wyndham Belo Horizonte Minascasa

Good, functional place. The only problem during my stay was that the toilet was defective, but I informed the management staff.

The bathroom had a bit of a smell, the ceiling was leaking and had a musty smell. There is a lot of free water and drinks in the refrigerator, which is very good. Breakfast is OK. The facilities are a bit old and the walls and doors are not soundproof.

The photos of the rooms are all distorted! There are no double or single beds in the rooms! When we called there, they didn't tell us that parking must be paid separately because the hotel is located in a commercial area! Another thing I didn't like was that we requested more towels and pillows and they said we didn't have the right ones! The breakfast was reasonable without many fruit options and I found it very simple compared to the hotels I've stayed in! I wouldn't stay there again!

I chose this hotel because it was a business trip and it was the closest to my appointment, but it is "isolated" and not close to downtown BH. The towels were clean, but they had a strange and strange smell. The blanket was great and the air conditioning worked really well, but there were marks from suitcase wheels on the white walls, which I consider to be an ugly aspect for the room. It was very dark and since it was on a high floor, there was no noise at all. The minibar worked well and was very useful. I expected more from the breakfast. It was basically bread and a few fruit and juice options. I was crazy about the Minas Gerais cheese bread, but it was cold. Luckily, breakfast starts very early, at 6:00 am, so for those with appointments it is great. Anyway, for me it was worth it because it was only one night and it was a business trip.
