Everything went very well. Cleaning is good. Only observation, they offer a coffee machine in the apartment, the machine is from the TRES brand and the capsules offered were Nespresso... You can't use it.

O hotel é maravilhoso. É muito bom chegar em um lugar e ser recebida com um sorriso e com um bom atendimento. Faz toda a diferença. Já estive em hotel estéril e seco. Além disso a limpeza e o quarto são ótimos. Com certeza voltarei!!!!!!!

Para minha surpresa e decepção, fui informado por um funcionário do hotel de que a categoria de quarto escolhida por mim não oferecia televisão do tipo Smart TV, mas sim aparelhos antigos que se limitam o acesso à programação local ou a canais de TV a cabo, sem qualquer opção de conexão a plataformas de streaming. Tal escolha por parte da administração do hotel revela um total descompasso com as expectativas mínimas do hóspede, que, ao pagar por uma hospedagem classificada como “superior”, naturalmente espera, entre outras comodidades, equipamentos atualizados e funcionais que possibilitem uma experiência de conforto e entretenimento adequado. É inadmissível que, em pleno 2025, um hotel com diárias elevadas mantenha televisores obsoletos em qualquer uma de suas categorias. Tal decisão administrativa demonstra desrespeito ao consumidor e falta de atenção às demandas contemporâneas de hospitalidade.

Eu vou todo mês para BH à trabalho e faço sempre questão de ficar nesse hotel. Só não o priorizo se o preço estiver muito diferente de algum outro, mas no geral ele tem um preço bem acessível. Hotel novinho, confortável, café da manhã excelente. Funcionários da recepção sempre muito solícitos e simpáticos, daqui a pouco já até me reconhecem de tanto que eu fico aqui. Ponto alto é a localização. Rua tranquila, pouco barulhenta e perto de todos os barzinhos e restaurante bacanas na Savassi. Tudo à uma distância andável. Recomendo!

Podia ser melhor
Achei, pelas fotos que havia visto no site do hotel, que ele era um pouco mais luxuoso, bem como o quarto. A limpeza do hall dos quartos deixou um pouco a desejar e a recepção passou pouquíssimas informações quando cheguei.
