As tomadas são antigas, a recepção não tem cuidado, somente 1 secador de cabelo para todos os aptos, e não tem adaptadores de tomada. A minha avaliação não chega a um hotel 3 estrelas. A cidade estava lotada, mas tem hotéis muito melhores. Obrigada

Péssima manutenção, péssimo atendimento da recepção (recepcionista Rafael super mal educado), garagem super apertada e imunda, tem dois elevadores sendo que não funciona e o outro é super precário sem manutenção. Cadê da manhã sem talheres insuficiente para os clientes (tem que esperar lavar para usar). Não recomendo

Decaído, não vale o preço
O hotel está bastante decaído, lençóis e toalhas rasgadas, a cama é bem desconfortável e os travesseiros parecem um papel de tão finos. Além disso o café da manhã é bem pobre. Pelo valor não vale de jeito nenhum a experiência. Apenas a localização é muito boa.

O episódio da vaga de garagem não agradou.
O hotel é antigo, com móveis antigos, mas limpo. Os funcionários super atenciosos, porém a questão da vaga da garagem foi um episódio a parte, pois a garagem tem pouquíssimas vagas, algumas delas são dupla e temos que deixar as chaves na portaria para manobras (sabe-se lá quem) e o mais estranho foi o seguinte: tive de pagar pela vaga já na entrada (R$ 40,00) e quando perguntei como seria se saísse de carro a noite pra jantar, e se quando voltasse, teria minha vaga garantida e pasmem, na recepção me disseram que não e que talvez tivesse de deixar o carro na rua; COMO ASSIM, pois paguei pela vaga!!?? Muito estranho e inaceitável, penso eu.
Enfim, jantamos próximo ao hotel mesmo.

Gostei muito
A primeira impressão que tive do hotel, foi de que não seria uma boa estadia. Entretanto me surpreendi quarto extremamente confortável limpo, chuveiro superaquecido café da manhã bom! A única queixa é a falta de isolamento acústico muito barulho de manhã. Recomendo.
