Hotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

A estadia foi simplesmente INCRÍVEL!
A prestação de serviço ofertada pelo FASANO de BH, está em um patamar muito acima da média.
Desde a recepção fora do Hotel, passando pela recepção (Check-in), quarto, café da manhã, oferta de passeios turísticos (até a guia turística ofertada, assim como o motorista, seguem o padrão de qualidade do Fasano) e, no final, se transforma em tranquilidade, praticidade, cuidado e felicidade para o hóspede.
Com certeza voltaremos e daremos prioridade para essa rede de hotéis.

O check-in e o check-out desse hotel foram decepcionantes. Os funcionários são educados, mas muito "frios", o único sorriso sincero foi de um rapaz muito jovem (infelizmente não vi o nome dele), que deve ser um estagiário. Mas o check-out foi o pior, saímos no domingo (22/06), às 5:30h da manhã, ou seja, antes do sol nascer e não teve uma única pessoa para nos acompanhar até a saída! Num hotel desse nível....Não seria necessário um séquito na frente do hotel, como acontece durante o dia, mas não tinha ninguém! Ficamos só nós, um casal de idosos, sozinhos, aguardando um Uber. Gostaria de saber se o Sr. Rogério Fasano sabe que os hóspedes são tratados dessa maneira. Lamentável!

Ótimo atendimento, recepção ! quartos agradáveis e confortáveis! Comida excelente qualidade! Tem piscina, sauna, os banheiros não são suficientes pois os funcionários utilizam Só fiquei surpreso com a vestimenta das camareiras para um hotel de luxo, usam um vestido de pano de chão e rasgado um orror! Enfim nada é perfeito!
