Una rehabilitación y restauración espectacular de una casa palacio para salvaguardar el patrimonio histórico de Castilla La Mancha y atraer turismo de calidad a un pueblo como Belmonte, que solo por su Colegiata y su Castillo ya merece la pena la visita. Lo malo es que una buena idea se convierte en una mediocre experiencia por el descuido de sus instalaciones. Un hotel de lujo, de cuatro estrellas, (que raspa la tercera en realidad) con pasillos sin limpiar, habitaciones con pelusas en el suelo, falta de gel en los baños, ventanales opacos por el polvo, mesas arrumbadas en los ascensores y una plantilla escasa y casi invisible. Una pena, porque la idea, una imitación de Paradores, era buena, pero o la Junta le falta presupuesto para mantener este tipo de instalación o la gestión no está llevada por profesionales. De momento, una oportunidad perdida.

Celebramos un evento familiar y con amigos. La organización y atención fue muy buena tanto por parte de la Dirección como del personal que atendió el evento. La comida exquisita, servida con esmero y muy pendientes en todo momento. Salón inmejorable. Recomendable su visita por su entorno y trato.

Perfecto fin de semana con cena romantica y spa, nada que envidiar a un parador, desde el magnífico edificio pasando por su cocina y extraordinario servicio hace que te sientas como el " autentico Infante Juan Manuel" ..........Gracias.....

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön Dieses historische Gebäude ist wunderschön aber es war so gut wie menschenleer und wirkte wie Geisterhaus. An Personal sahen wir nur 2 verschiedene Frauen an der Rezeption. Die Dame gestern war kühl geschäftlich, wir mussten gleich die Uhrzeit eintragen zu der wir frühstücken wollten. Die andere Dame heute hat uns das Frühstück ohne einen Hauch von Freundlichkeit serviert. Pro Person gab es eine Scheibe Tostata. Als mein Mann fragte ob wir noch etwas bekommen könnten, brachte sie eine einzige Scheibe. Natürlich wurde auch nicht nachgefragt ob wir eine weitere Tasse Kaffee wollten. Warum einige Scheiben Wurst und Schinken ohne weiteres Brot ist mir ein Rätsel. Die einzige freundliche Person die wir zu Gesicht bekamen war die Putzfrau. Schade, so ein tolles Haus aber in guter Erinnerung wird es uns nicht bleiben!
