It's clean and the hospitality of the staff is great. I had to get to work quickly one morning and requested a room change. Ashlyn was able to assist quickly and managed to help get me into a different room in under an hour. Freshly cleaned! Thanks again.

Too Good - The receptionist was welcoming with beautiful smile, and I am so feeling at home coming. The Room was so clean and comfortable, Awesome and it's just Excellent.... Another Receptionist - named Ashlyn was so nice cool and very good in Customer Service. We called it in Fiji Islands - THE BULA SMILE.... meaning Welcoming SMILE..... I highly recommend this Hotel to my Families and Friends...You will never regret...!!!

My family had the pleasure of staying here for an extended period and the customer service exceeded my expectations. The staff became apart of my family and we were sad to leave honestly. I want to send extra thanks to EL, Ashlyn, Naz, and Mark for checking on us to see how we were doing and ensuring all of our packages were kept safe, and we got them delivered weekly! The rooms were quiet, clean, spacious, and had great views from the 5th floor. Thank you everyone for your kindness and making our stay a great one! Take care.

Our 4 night stay at the Extended Stay America was great. Ashlyn had a big smile on her face and was very welcoming as soon as we walked up to check in. She was very nice and did her best to accommodate us. She is the kind of person you want checking you in every time you check into a hotel, which unfortunately is not always the case. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. We definitely will be staying there again.

Nice Hotel. Clean and conveniently located. The rooms are clean and maintained. Overall the staff have been friendly and helpful. Ashlyn makes the best effort to greet with a smile and a cheerful attitude. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Customer Service was Top Notch! I travel a lot for work, and this place by far was my best experience. Ashlyn was there to greet me with a bright smile. She was quick and courteous. Explained all the amenities the hotel offered, and suggested some great places for dinner. The room was nice, clean , and updated. All your usual features. Overall great experience. Will definitely recommend my employer to continue to book me and my colleagues here.

I stayed at this property with family. Had a great experience, all the places were pretty close. Checking in was a breeze and the staff was friendly. It is close to SFO airport as well as to San Jose neighbourhood.
