We stayed here for one night before commencing the Great Ocean Road, The room was spacious ,comfortable and warm .Lovely shower and bed. The owners were super kind. Staying open for us when we were late,guiding us to our destination when we became confused and having the room already heated for us. A wonderful stay . We certainly recommend this hotel.

Just a perfect spot with lovely staff nice bed undercover parking lots of power points good lighting warm clean and plenty of space This is a rare gem in this market = my guess is it is owner operated because of the pride shown in the way it presents What more can I ask for

Stayed here for one night to attend a nearby sports event. I was very impressed by the spacious size of my room and bathroom. It's an older motel, but the renovations and updated cosmetics made it a very pleasant and clean place to stay. Bed was comfortable and linen was fresh. Shower pressure was great. Undercover car parking and easy access. Close to some good restaurants and other shops. Owners were welcoming and professional. I would happily stay here for a few days on my next visit to Geelong.

A very nice Morel with spotless grounds and a room (4) that was large had everything u could ask for was spotless clean and like wise the bathroom Very large vanity area everything supplied As with all motels car parking tight but this room had undercover parking with better than average width . Be aware Booking .con advertises pay at property but Motel rejects this So Booking .com are not correct , the payment was taken in advance by Motel as per their policy Was not their fault but rather wrong info from Booking . Com !!!!!

Stayed at the Rose Garden overnight this week . Friendly management , and a very comfortable spacious room and bathroom . Excellent car parking . A very quiet location and overall a very good stay .

Fast easy check in. Pre paid the room. Spacious, clean and secure. Quiet and ample off street parking. Standard king singles zipped together to make a king. Not horrible mattresses but have definitely had better. Big bathroom, good shower. Overall standard wasn’t too bad.

A typical motel which I found a little dark and depressing - I wasn't sorry to leave but I think the problem was probably mine. It was dated and not very attractive but everything was clean and the equipment was adequate but the area wasn't brilliant and you had to get in the car to go anywhere.
