After making reservation months in advance (based on reviews and photos) we were absolutely shocked when we arrived at a very different place from what was advertised. We stepped into the lobby and were quickly confronted with a disgusting, putrid odor. It may have been coming from the carpeting which was filthy with stains and dirt. We knew that this was not going to be our hotel for the next three nights. The person behind the desk was on the phone and made no eye contact during our brief encounter, and he could have easily passed as a street person who had not bathed in a while. I am not making this up. We left and made other arrangements. Not sure who would stay there, or why...but it was not going to be us.

Saw a lot of bad reviews and was nervous, but it’s just an outdated spot. Perfect if you’re looking for a last minute stay. Staff was always nice and helpful.

It’s just run down. It smells like old in the rooms. It was cheap but should’ve been cheaper just based on quality.

Location was convenient for the purpose of my stay, but this place needs to be gutted. Turned the shower faucet on and brown water came out. Mold/mildew in the shower and curtain. The entire building smells like stale cigarettes and the rooms are out of an unsolved ****** episode.

The overall price was great. The hotel had a horrible smoke smell in halls. No coffer available at all and no counter space in bathroom. No tissues and also no amenities at all. I would say our stay was good but overall the rooms need to cater more to their customers

Check in and check out was very simple and to the point. Bed could have been better, but I think that's more of a subjective then objective thing.
