Très bel et moderne hôtel. Belle chambre. Eau de la piscine un peu trop froide, sauna (trop) vitré et intérieur visible depuis la piscine par des enfants. Ne pas recharger véhicules électriques/hybrides à l'hôtel car prix exagérés (bornes publiques à 200m.)

We were privileged to spend three nights at the Hotel Onya. We had a wonderful time with a fantastic spa, a beautiful room, and excellent food. The staff (at reception and in the restaurant) were very friendly and accommodating. All of our (special) requests were fulfilled without any problems. We look forward to our next time!

The rooms were not upto the mark and sewage smell and many bugs. The receptionist was extremely rude and unwilling to help while the service staff was kind. I would not recommend this place at all, it’s a run down place trying to upcharge tourist for a rustic experience that just does not exist.

With a QoQa voucher for one night with meals for two people, everything was perfect: warm welcome, charming room and pleasant meal. Until the moment of leaving when I reported a makeup mirror broken by my fault and for which we were charged 32 francs! Knowing that we left a bill of 500 francs for one night and that the hotel did not deign to respond to my politely written email, I allow myself to point out our final little disappointment.

Very friendly welcome. We spent a night there and booked dinner in the restaurant for a birthday get away: food was average, way too fast (still enjoying our apéro drink when they already started serving the main course). Spa: bathrobe was not included, no bath towels in the spa and nobody at the reception to solve this issue (there was a phone number mentioned but the person left the phone at the reception and returned after 15 minutes). I guess they were understaffed. Check out: no "thank you", no "how was your stay", nothing.

Absolutely fantastic
It was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The hotel itself was directly across from the ski lift, so we were on the slopes within minutes.
We thoroughly enjoyed the extensive & beautiful Wellness area and wish we could’ve extended our stay.
