Great for families
Great place to stay for families! Hotel is a little dated but still clean. Waterpark was crowded in evening and older teens/adults were playing rough with no consideration of young children. The morning hours were much better. Pool opens at 8am and was less crowded and more enjoyable. Take your own towels for the pool. Hotels provides towels at pool but they are tiny and you can’t take from pool area. No elevator so it’s a hike if you’re in second floor.

The rooms are overpriced and disgusting. My children’s socks were black from walking on the carpet. The sheets had holes ripped all over. The price you are charged only includes the room. You have to pay $35 per person to use the pool. We paid $300 to stay 1 night and we’re told we could not use the pool and told we needed to leave. I asked to speak to a manager, a woman, Crystal, came out in a dirty hooded sweatshirt and unbrushed hair claiming to be the manager and said no one was above her. Not only was she dressed unprofessional but her customer service was appalling. She was so rude, did not care about anything and offered nothing to remedy any of the situation. Great wolf lodge isn’t much further of a drive, is cheaper, has way more to do, and has staff that enhances and makes your stay enjoyable. Do not waste your money here!

Our key card had to be reactivated after each use , the front desk attendant said it was from putting it by electronics , I would activate it walk to room and set in on counter than it wouldn’t work again that was very frustrating since we had 2 rooms ,

Old hotel but all the families having a blast brings the life to it. The pool is busy from the time it opens to the time it closes but has a golf course next door,, weather permitted,, and a buffet as well as a casual eatery in a train right next door. Quiet place to go for a quiet getaway with crazy kids who need an outlet
