Friendly staff and very helpful rooms are lovely and clean food is Devine lovely surroundings nothing is to much trouble for staff members the chef even cooked my son something different than what was on the menu thank you for making our stay comfortable and welcoming will be returning next year for the royal Edinburgh milletry tattoo

The reception was very responsive and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The food was delicious. It is a hotel that I definitely want to stay next time.

Overall a very good hotel. I felt that there were quite a variety of meals. It is convenient for sightseeing. The reception staff is decent.
