La reserva del hotel se iso tengo pruebas y tengo el descuento en mi cuenta bancaria que retiro el dinero cuando se usó la reserva , y llegando al hotel me dicen que no ay reserva con ellos y me tocó pagar nuevamente una habitación y que tenía que hablar con ustedes para un reembolso del dinero que ellos no piden hacer nada , aparte del comentario Queiro que me ayuden con el reembolso del dinero que no tengo respuesta de e ustedes por favor de ante mano muchas gracias

Contras: La habitación que nos tocó no tenía ventanas. No tiene aire acondicionado, tenía 2 ventiladores y el calor que se encerraba era insoportable; tanto así que dormíamos con la puerta entreabierta. Las almohadas bastante incómodas (demasiado grandes). No hay mini-nevera en la habitación. No incluía desayuno. Pros: El baño es bastante amplio. El personal es muy amable. El precio es económico. Tiene una terraza llamada "RoofTop" que es bastante agradable por la vista a la ciudad. Tomamos este hotel porque era el más cercano al lugar dónde necesitábamos transportarnos. Conclusión: No lo volvería a elegir.

Arrival at the hotel and check in were easy. The room is basically bare bones and did not include towels or soaps. The room did have a jacuzzi. The bed was barely comfortable, and worst of all, cockroaches were scurrying around the floor. The hotel is basically a motel. I suppose you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this hotel or return even if I need find a hotel farther away from Bello.

I was supposed getting a vip please, and i go a room with no refrigerator, stuff was great , also i found a better hotel better price and a great location i will never rent this place again thats for sure
