Wingate by Wyndham Bellingham Heritage Inn

Loved this hotel! Was such a nice place to stay. We had an issue the first time we tried to stay here and ended up not being able to check in at all so i was very wary to try again but I'm glad I did. There was an issue with the hot water that they tried to tell us about but our phone was off the hook, when I brought it up the employee immediately apologized and fixed the problem. Which to me means a lot more than an inconvenience that is out of their control. My only complaint is that you have to eat the breakfast in the breakfast room, absolutely no take out besides coffee. Which doesn't work very well for our family and apparently many other people. It's especially strange because there is a sink, refrigerator and microwave in the room. I'm just happy we were in the same building as the breakfast.

Visit was in the spring of 2024. Absolutely gross room. If we weren’t already so late in the evening we might have left. After dragging all our things upstairs the room was tired and smelly. Bed and linens equally awful. Will never return. Leaving this review to remind us to never come back.

Very clean. big rooms. very nicely landscaped outside. many amenities [pool, hot tub, etc]. internet was spotty at times. central location off I5 with many food/shopping in walking distance. definitetly would stay again.

Room was not clean and hotel was generally very rundown with ratty stained furniture. We originally booked for 3 nights and decided to cancel second two nights after seeing the room and property. Desk clerk was unable to process a cancellation. Had to wait for the general manager who only works sporadically and in the afternoons. Finally got the manager to agree to a refund after multiple calls and waiting for several days only to have an additional charge placed on our credit card for two nights. This was in addition to the original 3 night charge which was already processed. Steer clear of this place. It is not a responsibly or ethically run hotel. To be fair the desk workers were good and would have been accommodating but they were not given permission by the general manager to make modifications or process refunds.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was fine and there was plenty of available parking. Overall, I was happy with the hotel and the value that it provided.
