We stayed there during the Pontiac Tri-Power Nationals in Norwalk. Three nights cost $677 for my wife & me in room #111–with two double beds. The neighboring room guests could be heard as though they were in our room. Our beds had squeaky, very old mattresses. The floors were not clean. It took more than two minutes to get hot water for the shower. There was no stopper for the bathroom sink drain. The shower curtain rod fell while I was in the shower. There is a wall light outside the window that flickers all the while it’s on. A few positives—The shower worked fine, as did the air conditioner. The Mexican restaurant in the parking lot is very good! The “breakfast” in the lobby consisted of boxed cereal, cartons of milk, yogurt. There was no coffee, juice, or fruit. The desk clerk offered microwaveable sandwiches and packets of coffee to prepare in our room. The price we paid versus the condition of the room is ridiculous!

This is a renovated property, and it was really well done. I grew up two doors away from this hotel, so I was not at all sure what to expect, but the renovations they did brought it up to what I would have expected of a much younger property. As an older property, it doesn't have the number of wall outlets and USB charging options that much newer properties have, but it was still quite adequate. VERY clean and VERY comfortable.

It was dirty , the floor was dirty to the point the bottom of our feet was black when we walked acrossed the floor , and the towels still had stains in them and they was the clean towels to use...and there was flies flying around in the room bothering us... plus the door to the room did not seal around the door and you could see the sun light coming thru around the door...

Overall the property was expected. The breakfast however was a total joke. They should not be able to list breakfast included and just put out some boxes of Fruit Loops and yogurt containers.
