Hôtel qui ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles ! Escalier menant au 1 er etage de ce motel est dans un état désastreux! Literie vieille et inconfortable , petite baignoire . Radiateur sale et présence de petits cafards vivants … sur le sol de la chambre . Tout cela pour 100€ la nuit ! En conclusion , pour un prix quasi identique , il est possible de séjourner ds un véritable hôtel 3 étoiles au centre de Vichy !!!

Chambre dite familiale très exiguë, vendue pour 4 couchages, pas fonctionnelle du tout. Aucune intimité . Salle de bains minuscule. Le tarif de la nuit et de 3 petits- déjeuners n'est pas justifié pour des prestations presque semblables à celles d'un Hôtel F1

Bien dans l'ensemble malgré quelques reproches
Accès en voiture peu pratique et places de parking trop étroites. Les vans envahissent le parking et rendent encore plus difficile le stationnement (en rentrant le soir, j'ai du faire deux fois le tour pour finir par me garer sur l'herbe).
Il nous faut payer un supplément pour notre petit chien (7kg) identique à un molosse mais aucun équipement n'existe pour eux, ne serait-ce que des distributeurs de sachets de ramassage des déchets.
Pour le reste, rien de particulier à dire, literie confortable, propreté de la chambre très correcte, sanitaires correctes et bien entretenus.
