This hotel has some of the friendliest staff we have ever encountered in a hotel setting. It was a joy to visit with them. Our room was clean, the breakfast was great, the whole place was very well kept. We highly recommend staying here

Exceptional staff! When I called to lengthen my stay they were very accommodating and made sure I could do it during a very busy time. The receptionist was the most friendly person to receive guests that I have seen in probably over 25 years of travel. In this modern era, service and friendly people are hard to come by, but not at this place! The breakfast was good and the lady keeping the food stocked and fresh is definitely a diamond and deserves employee of the decade. I could tell you that the room was clean and the stay was normal and so on, but I cannot put into words the service and atmosphere of welcome you will receive that makes this stay special. You will NOT find a more welcoming staff. The worry and anxiety of traveling can be hard to cope with some times. The staff at this place will help to alleviate much of that and make your stay one of the best experiences of your trip. I cannot say enough to express my gratitude toward these people for being friendly and helpful and just being all around good humans going above and beyond what has been excepted as the norm when staying at a hotel. They have restored my faith in humanity and helped me realize that there are still some good people out there. I doubt that I will ever receive this level of service with a smile from any of my future travels, they have set the bar very high.

My wife and I were upgraded to a room with a balcony and it turned out to be fantastic. We stayed in room 217. What a great pool area. We enjoyed the bed as it was quite comfortable. Our breakfast time was unique in that there were 2 waitresses in addition to self serve. Definitely a recommended hotel.

EVERYTHING about this hotel exceeds expectations! The staff is always kind, helpful and anxious to make your stay the best possible. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The lobby is a great place to relax. Breakfast is wonderful, with more choices than any other hotel.

For a free breakfast, they went all out. I got a made to order omelette, but the breakfast choices were amazing. Two kinds of waffles, sausages, potatoes, eggs. Fresh and canned fruit, a good selection of tea. Hot and cold cereals, Lactaid milk along with almond milk as choices. They even had gluten free options. This required some effort on the part of the hotel, but as a traveler, it was much appreciated.
