Lähellä rantaa. Todella siisti ja hyvin pidetty hotelli. Hyvä hinta/laatusuhde. Italian yleiseen tasoon verrattuna erinomainen aamupala. Ystävällinen ja lämminhenkinen palvelu. Ilmaisia parkkipaikkoja oli hyvin saatavilla hotellin kadulla heinäkuun alussa.

Très mitigé …
Parking très compliqué, même dans l’hôtel en payant il faut attendre qu’ils déplacent plein de voitures avant de récupérer la sienne. À proximité … il faut tourner.
Pas de frigo dans les chambres.
Chambre fumeurs :-(
Mauvaise insonorisation, vous serez réveillés à 7h par les voisins des autres chambres ou par leurs chiens.
Hôtel très bien placé, bon petit déjeuner et personnel serviable et sympathique.

Hotel vicinissimo al mare . Panorama stupendo e camera pulita e accogliente. Colazione ottima con personale eccellente. Tutti molto gentili e cordiali. Sempre presente qualcuno, anche di notte. Abbiamo soggiornato quattro giorni e la cordialità non è mai mancata

Positiv: Sehr gut durchdachtes Zimmer und Ausstattung. Großer Balkon mit Wäscheständer und Wäscheklammern. Man merkt, dass man sich hier wohlfühlen soll (wirkt wie ein Familienbetrieb). Sehr freundliches, bemühtes Personal. Großes Frühstücksbuffet in dem man auch "nicht-italienisch" satt wird. Ich habe das Hotel gebucht, weil es nah am frei zugänglichen Strand liegt, an dem man keine Liege mieten muss. In der kleinen Straße am Hoteleingang kann man kostenlos parken. Ich habe hier immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Deswegen ist es ggf. unnötig einen Hotelparkplatz für 12 EUR zu nehmen. Für 3 EUR kann man Hin- und zurück mit dem Bus nach Rimini City fahren (auf der Hinfahrt musste ich allerdings sehr lange auf den Bus warten). Negativ: Das Zimmer war recht laut. Sowohl von innen (andere Zimmer und Flur) als auch von außen (großer Rummel abends unterhalb vom Hotel). Ich habe mit Oropax geschlafen, so war mir der Lärm egal. Gewöhnungsbedürftig fand ich, dass man sich am Frühstücksbuffet nicht selbst bedienen kann, das fühlt sich etwas unangenehm an, man gewöhnt sich aber dran. Negativ: In einem Hotel dieser Klasse sollte es wirklich ausreichend Duschgel im Bad geben und nicht nur täglich 2 Mini-Plastiktütchen mit Duschgel. Obwohl das Personal vor Ort extrem freundlich war, hatte ich auf eine Online-Nachfrage vor Ankunft eine sehr unfreundliche Antwort bekommen. Ich hatte gefragt ob ich meine Buchung von 2 auf 1 Nacht verkürzen könnte und die Antwort kam auf italienisch wie folgt "Bitte sehen Sie in Ihre Buchungsbedingungen" (worin stand, dass ich nicht mehr stornieren kann - was ich in Gänze ja auch nicht wollte). Das fand ich unverschämt. Im Endeffekt hat sich meine Situation geändert und ich konnte doch 2 Nächte bleiben, deswegen weiß ich nicht, wie man letztlich mit meinem Anliegen umgegangen wäre. Letztendlich wurde vor Ort sowohl Englisch als auch Deutsch gesprochen, von daher war die brüske online Antwort umso unfreundlicher.

Prenotato un giorno prima 2 adulti+2 bambini, personale cordiale e gentilissimo, ambiente molto pulito. La colazione sia dolce che salata è molto varia e super buona. Molti dolci sono fatti in casa (buonissimiiiiii). Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una camera con balcone vista mare. Super pulita e profumata. 🔝 Ci ritorneremo. Grazie di tutto e a presto.

Esperienza davvero favolosa! Il personale è estremamente cortese e professionale. Sono attenti a tutte le esigenze dei clienti! La struttura è davvero accogliente. Le camere sono comode e spaziose, dotate di ogni comfort. La nostra era con vista sul mare...Stupenda !!! Pulizia eccellente Colazione sia dolce che salata abbondante e di qualità. Complimenti !
