Struttura con bella piscina, ben ubicata tra spiaggia 20m e centro 100m. Stanza x 2 da 3mq compreso letto matrimoniale più bagno con doccia e terrazzino. Unica pecca i materassi! Per chi non ha grosse pretese può andar bene.

The hotel is OK, it is not new and has older spring mattresses. It is kept simple, a bed, a closet and a small bathroom, each room also has a balcony. It is a few seconds walk to the beach.
Every evening there is entertainment for the children, unfortunately only in Italian. The hotel manager is very uncomplicated and friendly.

Struttura fatiscente, crepe sulle pareti e pulizia completamente assente. Il primo giorno lamento un materasso completamente sfondato, con molle fuoriuscite, ma il proprietario sostiene che è un materasso ignifugo ed è normale sentire le molle. Spiegazione senza senso e quindi materasso cambiato dopo diverse lamentele. Lenzuola con aloni gialli ed una volta fatto notare, sostituite con altre lenzuola sporche. Muffa ovunque e porta del bagno tenuta insieme con lo scotch, caduta in quanto la base inferiore si è staccata perchè completamente marcia (come da foto)...ma il proprietario ha avuto il coraggio di dire che si è staccata a causa della mia incuria. Personale che non fa nulla per soddisfare il cliente, anzi inventa scuse per nascondere gli evidenti problemi della struttura. Esperienza terribile.

Soggiornato con moglie e figlia di 5 anni per 12 giorni. Posizione ottima, qualcosa da sistemare in albergo ma per il prezzo pagato siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Personale gentile, la bimba felicissima della baby dance serale. Grazie hotel sorriso, a presto 😉

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Sorriso per una settimana, quattro adulti e due bambini. La posizione è ideale, proprio vicino al mare. Il personale è sempre cordiale e disponibile. Al personale dó 5 stelle piene. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, e i bambini hanno apprezzato molto la grande piscina a loro disposizione. Tuttavia, importante, il cibo potrebbe essere migliorato: per essere cucina romagnola, c'è spazio per qualche miglioramento. In conclusione, tornerei sicuramente all'Hotel Sorriso. È un posto molto comodo, soprattutto per chi viaggia con bambini, grazie alla sua posizione strategica e ai servizi offerti.

The hotel is certainly in a good position, facing the sea and a stone's throw from the center of Bellaria, but I would not consider the rooms to be three stars. A small note also for cleaning which certainly needs more attention. Fantastic swimming pool, very very beautiful, private, well maintained. Convenient parking in front of the hotel, available for all customers. The cuisine is good and the possibility of choosing between meat and fish every day is excellent. The highlights are certainly the gentleman and the girl at the reception, super helpful and kind, thank you for the chats over the excellent coffee.

We had a very good time, friendly staff, in particular the owner, the girl at the reception and Camilla from the restaurant. good food, always a choice of meat and fish and an excellent vegetable buffet. Fabulous location for both the center and the beach. Very nice pool. The structure needs some updating but we had a delightful week.
